I don't even have the salt
I started frying my eggs in olive oil (I don't go shy on the olive oil), sunny side up, covered. While it's frying, I add a generous amount of Italian seasoning (and the obligatory salt/pepper). I then serve on some lightly toasted wheat bread. The Italian seasoning infuses with the olive oil, and both the olive oil and yoke soaks into the bread and makes the perfect taste/consistency.

How do you roll an omelette like the first one? Everytime I try to do that it breaks or just fails completely.
R.J you're probably overcooking it. Use medium low heat and cook the egg slowly. When it's still pretty runny (but the bottom has a nice cooked membrane) you can add toppings and roll.
Also, a non stick pan reaaaaally helps
Hold the pan at an angle and tap it against your wrist. Helps me a lot

I usually mix an egg with (1 tsp of flour+3 tsp of water). In order the egg looks thick and can make my stomach feels full from 7am till 12pm :D

What would you say is a good temperature for omelette I usually cook eggs on high to cook fast but I know that's probably wrong they still taste good tho 😂.
When you're preheating the pan set it to high, then when you're about to cook the eggs turn it to medium. It will cook the egg faster without burning.
