I do know that Amazon had digital codes for sale after Activision lost the rights to Transformers as that is how I got my pc copies of both War and Fall of Cybertron. You can still find physical copies for ps3/xbox360/wii/ds, just not on pc physical or digital.
For me it's with the PS2 TF Armada since the weapons and enemies acted accordingly with each other with my first introduction to Ragdoll physics. Watchdog the sticky bomb launcher had a chance to make enemies start running in a panic when a bomb got stuck to them, Slapshot the grenade launcher made enemies fly when directly hit, Tractor was a tractor beam that allowed you to throw enemies across the map with there speed being dictated by your distance and how fast the camera rotated, and then you have Lookout that is the Sniper that can instantly kill most enemies with a head shot or do a crap ton of damage. Even to this day I learn new stuff like if I use the speed boost minicons I could body slam enemies that make them go flying or that the first minicon you get in easy and medium is a lock on missile launcher that you don't need to really aim to get it to lock onto a target where as in hard you get a armor minicon instead that while not helping as much is better than nothing until to do get an offensive minicon.
What I loved about 'War For', was the allies you got. Too many games have you fight the enemy alone, so I always love when games give you allies. It sucks that 'Fall of' got rid of them.
Man, this game and Fall of Cybertron deserves a major rerelease on modern console and PC. I still have my old PS3 copies of the games but having them easily accesible on modern platforms with improvements would be so dope.
To me both of the Cybertron games is where the franchise peaked for me. The conflict of the war and the setting of Cybertron to me remains the best thing Transformers has to offer, the lore surrounding it too is awesome.
With Microsoft possibly bringing WFC and FOC back to Game Pass, I think some of us who never got to play the multiplayer, escalation, or even either games period will get to see what it was like playing them and what made them awesome.
For the longest time, I've considered War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron THE pinnacle of what the transformers IP can be, and that experiencing the two is perhaps the best way to experience tranformers as a whole. I cant pretend they dont have their problems, FOC specifically runs absolutely horribly on 7th gen consoles, but with how big of an impact the two games had on me and my near lifelong interest in transformers as a IP, I can forgive the two for their shortcomings a thousand times over. I don't remember first getting war for cybertron when i was younger, but i do know i played it to much (and abused its disc so much) to the point where my grandma had to buy me a second copy because the first one stopped working. I made so many great memories on War for cybertron that im not likely to forget anytime soon, Such as when a hacker joined my coop campaign game on mission 7 as Air raid, and then completed the mission with said character along with the regular cast. I also distinctly remember a friend showing me the out of bounds escalation exploit, Slipstream being the best character to do so with, I flew all the way to cybertron until i clipped through the texture and flew all the way back. There was also my first multiplayer match, ever, on any game, all i did was drive around as a bumbleblee scout character on the large, ruined space station map, but I'll never forget it, or when i fought omega supreme upstairs while my mum was at work. I think it's genuinely a massive shame that an entire new generation of transformers fans will potentially never get to experience these games, and definitely not to their full multiplayer glory. I can just hope that those rumoured re-releases due to come out later this year are true, I might be coming on twenty, but booting up my old 360 and putting in my scratched and abused copies of WFC and FOC makes me feel just the same as i did those 12 or so years ago.
War and Fall of Cybertron will always be the best games of any Transformers games. I do hope the duology gets a re-release soon. I'm glad to see people like you in the community keeping the game alive. Keep up the great work man.
I'm so glad this game is loved and cherished by other people like me. The world that High Moon created is nothing but special and incredible and I couldn't have had a better game that introduced me to the xbox 360 and the shooter genre in general.
Idk what it's been about Transformers, but it's always stuck out for me as "my franchise" among my friends. I grew up with Star Wars and LOTR first, but something changed when TF 2007 came out. I saw TF Cybertron first when I was a kid, then the Bay movies, then TF the Movie, and the Cybertron Games. Fall of Cybertron might be my favorite game ever, and that will always surprise me.
Man, doubling as a Transformers AND Sonic the Hedgehog fan, I feel as happy as a kid watching this video, as well as Road Rustle's, taking in what I couldn't back in the day, not exactly having owned any console back in the day. The ultimate tale of how designing a good game for the people goes a long way decades after even. To think a game seemingly with the same promises as War/Fall of Cybertron, Sonic Forces, was teased to us back in 2017, only for all of them to be broken, basically traumatizing the fanbase to this very day with the ghost of that experience. Makes me value this duology even more in hindsight, knowing it *is* possible, and that it DOES exist... and may perhaps even return to us? Some day. One of these. "Till all are one!"
Both of these franchises defiantly have some high highs and low lows. I grew with Sonic as well and have enjoyed the franchise from a distance more recently. I actually wrote a video script covering my experience with the Sonic Franchise, but never made the video... maybe I should though...
I had a PSN friend named Mochdorn who felt like my best friend just for this game. We played Story-Mode, Multiplayer and Escalation for countless hours of countless days. Doubt he'd ever see this but I hope you're doing good man!
This game IS Transformers and what it's ACTUALLY about: a story about corrupted politics, unfair social hierarchies and slavery that brought about a brutal million-year war that has resulted in the near extinction of an alien race, the destruction of their home planet, and the fact that their war spread to different planets across the galaxy, to include Earth. That's right, parents. It's not just about cool looking transforming robots fighting against a typical Saturday morning cartoon bad guy.
23:29 glad you mentioned this, so many fun memories with my friends trying to fly to Cybertron. This video was excellent, it’s still my favorite game. I play it every so often still with some guys on PC.
I was so surprised when I found decent footage of this glitch! I was a little bummed when I could barely find a recording of the Disguise ability, but then to find this? Wow
@@DeltaTrion I think I have a clip somewhere on my PC of me team wiping using disguise almost like you talked about. I loved that ability so much. Slipstream and Silverbolt have similar character silhouettes, so I used it all the time as them. Got so many crazy plays using it.
@@MrCarpediem6 yeah, it’s ok. I am allowed to not favor the movie, I like it but not as much as “Devastation” G1-s1,2; that zone of design and character display etc are “peak” to Me. Skybound is good but I want to wait a while before really getting into that. “Quintessential” themes, but that’s Just my opinion.
I interpret the "universal greeting" as something that tells non-sentient and non-sapient living machines have hard coded into them that is a vocal command to "cease hostility".
I thankfully got this game on Steam before the delisting. I played it several times over but didn't quite have the cash for Fall of Cybertron. It took YEARS but I eventually got Fall of Cybertron and getting to see what happened after War after playing it so many times felt amazing.
Oh man, I remember how cool multiplayer was. I never was a fan of multiplayer shooters, but when I could fly across the battlefield, transform into robot form mid-air, blast someone without even using hover skill, form back into a plane and fly off, that felt badass. I FELT like I was really playing a transformer pulling off some Michael Bay move
I wish the DS WFC characters were in the console version too, would have allowed for more customization options for Multiplayer and more characters for escalation
Amazing in depth video! Love the Cybertron games, felt that it was a living breathing world begging ti be explored. While it was a linear third person shooter, it felt like IT COULDVE been open world if remade, that’s what makes the game for me
I remember I was also hooked to this game when I play it for the first time it really is the perfect transformers game it really is a masterpiece 🔥 can't wait for the remaster coming this year
@@DeltaTrionUnfortunately I highly doubt it, knowing what I know about behind the scenes game development there would be an insane amount of hoops to go through before those masterpieces ever return. A man can dream though.
I found this world when the sequel came out. Fall of Cybertron (and this game as well) was amazing! It's one of the top iterations of these characters really.
This game hold so much to me. This game alone taught me that i can play games online with real people and the countless hours i spent playing the demo then getting the actual game. Dam those were some of the best gaming memories of my life.
I remember as a kid I was cracked at the online game with 38/0 K/D ratio being my best as a scout while being a madman in escalation on PS3. Then after I got tired of the game it did get me thinking about the DLC(and DLC in general with games especially when there for the online half much like achievements) I had gotten in which it got me first thinking about when DLC was worth getting. And now as the online half of the PS3 game isn't ever coming back I basically don't have access to that DLC just to even play escalation which did make me wish that it had offline split screen for just that.
Amazing work man, sharing your personal experience with this great game and bringing more recognition to it 👏👏 *(the Delta lore thickens)* (And for everyone watching, if you're curious about which mods I used, it's all in the description of my WFC videos and with their download links, and there's also a list of effects that I used with reshade)
Incredibly made video. I remember having some memories that feel like fever dreams playing this game on my uncle's 360. Turning from bot to vehicle and the shooting felt so responsive it had me hooked completely, especially the character and world designs. I used to try out all games my uncle bought but this one always stuck in memory. Having re-explored Transformers recently, especially the aligned continuity, this game feels like a missing part of the puzzle I've wanted as an adult, feels more like a complete circle knowing I've played a bit of it before. You definitely covered everything I thought made it special and how the developers had so much love for it.
I have a bit of a different experience with War for Cybertron. I grew up with 5 brothers, and all of us were deeply in love with Transformers as a series. I couldn't tell you how many hours we've sat in front of the TV watching Transformers: Animated, or how long we spent playing with Transformers toys. War for Cybertron was a game all of them loved to play, though I was always more of an observer while they shared the remotes. When I came out as transgender, the one thing I remember very clearly is my oldest brother handing me a remote and asking me to play with him. Which is incredibly funny in hindsight; "Oh, you're a boy now? Okay, play War for Cybertron with me." But it meant a lot to me in the moment. And I think it makes the game mean that much more to me. Awesome video :) I'm definitely going to be sharing it with my friends.
amazing video, Delta! I only played the multiplayer briefly when I discovered a youtuber named SoooMungry who played it and made commentary videos back in the day. I would upload my own gameplay videos and he even commented on one, which was awesome. I only played the campaign for the FIRST time last month to record gameplay for the background of my videos and I was pleasantly surprised by how fun it was and the how evil Megatron was in the story. even though those are the only experiences I had with the game, this video really put me into your shoes playing it and growing up with it and now I wish I had played escalation! I also loved the behind the scenes stuff, it's always good to know a true fan is at the wheel when it comes to licensed games and that shows through to the game itself. Thank you for sharing your love of the game, absolutely amazing work Delta!
I remember watching SoooMungry’s videos as a kid too! When getting footage for this video, I was happy to see that not only are his WFC videos still up, but that he’s still active somewhat online. Thanks for the support as well 💙
While I first into the games through Fall of Cybertron, War for Cybertron was still a fantastic experience growing up. There are some aspect of it that I think should've been carried over, mainly the boss fights. Also, I feel ya on the Trypticon boss fight, his tail attack was alway a nightmare to dodge as a kid.
The Trypticon boss fight was so damn hard! I'd like to give it a shot today and see if I could handle it better. I do know that on the harder difficulties it's infuriating.
As a kid, I really loved transformers, but I had(and still seem to have) parents who dislike video games as a whole. I was never able to purchase these games and play them, and now I may never get that opportunity to as a senior in highschool preparing to go to college. But my fingers are crossed that the rumors are true and that these games can be relisted so I may play these games kid me wanted to play so bad. I think that would be a wonderful thing to do to help close the book on my childhood
This game has always been so special to me. I’m so glad that Hasbro has made modern figures of these characters because I never got any of the originals. And these are pretty much my favorite versions of the iconic characters
Awesome work as always! Your editing game is on point! 🎉 I'd really like to revisit this game. It flew under my radar when it originally came out because I wasn't really playing games at the time. So Fall was my introduction to the High Moon games. Loved FOC so much that I went back and tried WFC. I was still in the honeymoon period for FOC, though, so I feel like I never gave this one its due - only beat the campaign once. Not helped by the fact that I had it on Steam and my pc died not long after playing it and I never got another one for gaming. 🤣 Here's hoping the scuttlebutt about a possible re-release ends up materializing...
Thank you as always for the support 💙 I do think going from FoC to WFC is tough. FoC is a “better” game by many metrics as they really improved on almost every aspect. If and when I do a video for FoC, I’ll have to really drive that point home. WFC holds a higher place in my heart just because of how it opened a new side of the franchise up to me
I remember my first experience with WFC was playing on DS. I didn’t have a great PC or consoles to play on. But years later I bought my very first gaming laptop, bought the WFC and FOC. I still them to this day
I didnt realize how much i missed this game and fall of cybertron till about 2-3 months ago Nowadays we get games that are so incredibly awful or money hungry, it just made me think of all these games i used to play that existed solely for the gamers to enjoy Seeing clips of these games, of the story they had to tell, and even videos like this with people talking about them and their personal experiences with them, made me finally acknowledge the hole in my heart left behind by them I want these types of games back Games i could sit for hours and hours on end just because they were a blast to play I really hope the rumors are true about Microsoft renewing them To get my hands on these games again would be a dream come true for me Thank you for the video❤
Played the HELL out of this when it came out, loved it so much - especially Escalation mode. Thank God I also bought it on Steam so I can still play it today.
I had a similar situation where my mom got it for my after a big surgery and since I was gonna be down for a while she got it for me and then watched me love it so much when FOC came out she took me to get it Day of release but told me I had to wait till Christmas to get it… ahh that was a hell of a wait time.. but worth… really regret getting rid of my old games….😊
War for Cybertron was the game that got me into PvP and competitive gaming. One might say the gateway drug. It was an amazing experience and I made a ton of friends to play coop with, have clan wars and grind escalation. One of my best gaming experiences. I was also lik 11/12 years old when I started playing
Man, I loved this game. I've always favored co-op modes, so the co-op campaign and escalation were both dreamy for me. I played through the campaign repeatedly, which led me to rank 42 in the PS3 campaign scoreboards. I was really good as Arcee in Escalation. Shockwave and invisibility were just a good ability combo for me. Personally, my favorite campaign chapter was the Autobot chapter 3; the section where they're split up and have to help each other from different corridors was fun and interesting. I first had to play it thrice just to experience each path, and then found a liking to Warpath's section :> I much, much later got Fall of Cybertron on Steam. While I saw its technical execution had improved, the campaign felt less impactful to me. I was really left missing the co-op campaign, something about it just was magical but I no longer could experience it given the servers had been shut down.
Incredible video, it is one of my favorite games, to the point that I usually go through the campaign once a year, it may not be my favorite game, but it is easily in the top 10, I really like watching these types of videos where people gives these games the love they deserve
I wish WFC and FOC would come back with the multiplayer aspect, its a shame that they shutdown cause they created such a master piece....and now its gone
Glad to see you share the same experience as I did with war for cybertron, it also being my first exposure to the "lore" of the transformers as a child this game had a huge influence in my passion for art, my classmates from kinder who have no exposure to the franchise outside of the movies would scratch their heads seeing me draw WFC's Ratchet😅 good times!
Didn't played wfc(only foc), but ending was clearly leading to first episode of g1, so I wouldn't call it abrupt, at least for fans. And even credit music was made by Stan Bush, the guy who made YOU GOT THE TOUCH
War for Cybertron was my first video game which I had a phisical copy. I put dozens of my hours in campaing and multiplayer back then. Before the Activision shut down the servers for both game I rememeber the bitter sweet dialogues in the chat. That was a real 'Til All Are One moment and a last one farewell to a old childhood friend.
I’ve never played war for cybertron but I had a very similar experience with fall of cybertron as a kid. While I don’t have Xbox live and therefore never played the multiplayer, fall of cybertron was one of the first games I ever played that took itself so seriously. It was an experience that I had only ever gotten from movies beforehand, and for that it holds a very special place in my heart.
oh Yea, I loved the heck out of this game. I showed up too late for multi but the SP was 10/10. The weapons are grindy in the best way and yet skillful (like Metal Slug). And the transformations conserve momentum and offer a terrific way to change movement and weapon needs on the fly.
I played both games at 8, and for years iv been wanting to come back to it, and finally when i got proper gaming equipment at 2019-2020 i was too late.. this is heartbreaking knowing that ill probably never get that experience again of playing such games.
Excellent job on this video. I enjoyed playing this game going back to it's release date. Yes, I spent countless hours playing Escalation as many many other players have done, in my opinion, was the Golden Age of Multiplayer Online. Again, excellent video.
My first introduction to the wfc games was through the DS autobot version, I got every character that I unlocked to max level and played every mission available. Later I played the 360 version on a cousins 360 but I didn't play it for long.
I also loved escalation. That experience has shaped what I know cooperative modes in games can be. The multiplayer had this unique substance to it that made it much more dynamic than other games. If I was obviously more skilled than some of the other players, I could take a step back, enjoy the driving the mechanics, or take pot shots from sniping positions, showing these new players where they were. Not many games of the actiony variety offer a choice of what to enjoy that doesn't entirely depend on kills. Cannot thank the talented folks at High Moon enough for such a fantastic title, same for the sequel.
As a Transformers fan of my own that also had some surgery when I was born and brought back to Life three times, Along with watching the Michael Bay Transformers movies that changed my life forever and also watched beast wars on RUclips and Transformers Cybertron I could somehow relate to you and appreciate this game a whole lot more! War for cybertron Is considered the greatest Transformers game from my point of view, I absolutely loved how the game looks, I loved Optimus primes Look more than the second game, The gun gameplay, The transformations and so much more!!! It was also the very first game to get me into Xbox Live and meet online friends and I never meant any toxic players luckily! This was such a good video essay of the game and I bought myself a steam deck just to play the game again on the go along with getting a DS copy as well, I really hope and pray the rumors are true that the game will finally come back to Modern platforms!
I remember playing the demo for FOC online with a friend and never got to experience these full games. I just watched Transformers One though and got the itch to go back and play through both of these games fully, now I’m half way through war and it’s incredible!
Pleeeaaasseee Cover FoC, god I loved the gear shredder gun, the sound of the shockwave ability in pvp. I wish we got to see more combiners as there were a couple bots that formed Menasor that were available as customization options in pvp.
The games were very fun, though I'll admit that the levels were very generic and I cant really remember any since they all looked the same. But the selling point was the characters and gameplay, which was improved in the next game too. I really wish this game came to PC for preservation.
This was truly the only games multiplayer I really loved. Even with some connection issues (at least on ps3), didn’t care. This was what I couldn’t wait to get back to after work, building my bots, bought every dlc… So happy I still own this physically, bummed I’ll never get THAT multiplayer experience again. Now it’d be all pay wall partitioned and loot boxes and battle passes.
My memory of this game is when I first got it. I remember vividly that my neither would play black ops in the morning before school and I would play this after it because he was always at his friend's. I love those days and I want to go back
while fall is undeniably amazing, I MUCH prefer War, the gameplay was just too perfect and dynamic, especially in multi-player modes, and the visuals are so much better to me
I’ve mentioned this before in other comments, but, while FoC is technically the better game in terms of performance, graphics, and gameplay variety (imo), WFC holds a higher spot in my heart.
Im from argentina and in was really little when i first played this game, i didnt undesrtand a Word of it, it was like a no dialoge game for me, even un that way i played it at least 817291 times star to finish, if a game does that without spanish translation or subtitles, then its really good. Now i hope for a Fall of Cybertron Video… Metroplex heads the call of the Last Prime.
Have you played the 2004 PS2 game? I don't really know shit about Transformers to be honest but I was introduced through Beast Wars as a kid, anyway, that game was sick. By the way love this recap.
Gotta be honest I honestly wish sometimes that Fall of Cybertron was more of a true sequel to War for Cybertron, it really just dropped that whole “war” art style WFC had and had a more lighter tone tbh. Also I still don’t understand why they didn’t just reuse the same WFC character designs for the Soldiers and unique enemy types in FOC cause I literally just found this out a few weeks ago, the Soldiers on both sides that you can fight on in the campaign for FOC are all literally just random combinations of different characters from multiplayer which (I don’t have any problem with it) it just feels so much uninteresting instead of the unique enemy types you encounter in WFC

@@DeltaTrion if you ever make another WFC video or a FOC video hit me up, I still have pc copies and could go in and get HD gameplay.
I was a G1 kid.
Seasons 1 and 2, premovie and Devastation are my jams.
premovie?
@@MrCarpediem6 yeah, it’s ok. I am allowed to not favor the movie, I like it but not as much as “Devastation” G1-s1,2; that zone of design and character display etc are “peak” to Me. Skybound is good but I want to wait a while before really getting into that. “Quintessential” themes, but that’s Just my opinion.
I interpret the "universal greeting" as something that tells non-sentient and non-sapient living machines have hard coded into them that is a vocal command to "cease hostility".
Nope it's a universal greeting. As it was used to stop the fighting between the Junkions and the Autobots later on in the movie.
While it was a linear third person shooter, it felt like IT COULDVE been open world if remade, that’s what makes the game for me
I remember I was also hooked to this game when I play it for the first time it really is the perfect transformers game it really is a masterpiece 🔥 can't wait for the remaster coming this year
Damn, high moon games return goes hard 💯
Great video by the way.
Let’s hope that at some point, whenever it may be, we can get these games on online retailers again
@@DeltaTrionUnfortunately I highly doubt it, knowing what I know about behind the scenes game development there would be an insane amount of hoops to go through before those masterpieces ever return. A man can dream though.
I was never a big transformers guy and will never be but this game, was something special
to this day I always remember Fred Tatasciore's megatron screaming decepticons have the bomb. Twas a simple but beautiful time back then
Great video! if only these games could still be picked up
Hopefully one day they will be easier to get again!
You gotta do a video on Fall of Cybertron now, War is great but I think Fall is just all of what made War great and more
This was so refreshing… Really enjoyed your story and enthusiasm. ✨✅👍✨
Amazing work man, sharing your personal experience with this great game and bringing more recognition to it 👏👏 *(the Delta lore thickens)*
(And for everyone watching, if you're curious about which mods I used, it's all in the description of my WFC videos and with their download links, and there's also a list of effects that I used with reshade)
Aww, that is to sweet.
You get to play as a Space Robot T-Rex brutally smashing and chomping and stomping and incinerating Giant Space Robot Bugs. Enough said.
Love the video mate, good stuff!
Much love from Beijing :D
Great video! These were great games apart of my childhood! Loved seeing a deep dive into these!
Thanks for the support!
amazing video, Delta!
I'd really like to revisit this game. 🤣
Here's hoping the scuttlebutt about a possible re-release ends up materializing...
Thank you as always for the support 💙
I do think going from FoC to WFC is tough.
I still them to this day
I didnt realize how much i missed this game and fall of cybertron till about 2-3 months ago
Nowadays we get games that are so incredibly awful or money hungry, it just made me think of all these games i used to play that existed solely for the gamers to enjoy
Seeing clips of these games, of the story they had to tell, and even videos like this with people talking about them and their personal experiences with them, made me finally acknowledge the hole in my heart left behind by them
I want these types of games back
Games i could sit for hours and hours on end just because they were a blast to play
I really hope the rumors are true about Microsoft renewing them
To get my hands on these games again would be a dream come true for me
Thank you for the video❤
Played the HELL out of this when it came out, loved it so much - especially Escalation mode. Thank God I also bought it on Steam so I can still play it today.
I had a similar situation where my mom got it for my after a big surgery and since I was gonna be down for a while she got it for me and then watched me love it so much when FOC came out she took me to get it Day of release but told me I had to wait till Christmas to get it… ahh that was a hell of a wait time.. but worth… really regret getting rid of my old games….😊
I've been waiting for this video for 4 no...5000 years!
The game that felt like it was truly mine was probably one the toughest platformers I’ve ever played, Oddworld Abe’s Odyssey.
I first had to play it thrice just to experience each path, and then found a liking to Warpath's section :>
I much, much later got Fall of Cybertron on Steam. While I saw its technical execution had improved, the campaign felt less impactful to me. I was really left missing the co-op campaign, something about it just was magical but I no longer could experience it given the servers had been shut down.
There is a way to play the online modes again on PC and crack the games even, fans made their own servers and it works a charm!
Amazing vid 👍
Thanks for the support king!
I experienced this game the same way but I had my brother along for the ride with me the whole time
This was my game it was amazing and I always find myself going back to the campaign over and over.
Another great vid!!!
This game, along with Fall of Cybertron? The absolute perfect duo. One of my many wishes before going out is to play these one last time... ❤💜
Hopefully one day they will rerelease them
@@DeltaTrion hopefully bro
I was obsessed with WFC but the love of my life truly is Fall of Cybertron
Thanks for this great video essay! Your passion is clear and I appreciate it. Looking forward to your video on the sequel.
Incredible video, it is one of my favorite games, to the point that I usually go through the campaign once a year, it may not be my favorite game, but it is easily in the top 10, I really like watching these types of videos where people gives these games the love they deserve
I would have waited an eternity for this-Megatron
W mom W you you get a sub man loved your video!
I wish WFC and FOC would come back with the multiplayer aspect, its a shame that they shutdown cause they created such a master piece....and now its gone
This is the formula I feel warhammer space Marines 2 went with and it works
Absolutely. Space Marine 2 feels like a 2010's video game, and I mean that in the best of ways.
i really want to play these games now if only i had thought to get them when i was 4 well hopefully they eventually rerelese
Amazing video bro
Thanks for the support!
Didn't played wfc(only foc), but ending was clearly leading to first episode of g1, so I wouldn't call it abrupt, at least for fans. And even credit music was made by Stan Bush, the guy who made YOU GOT THE TOUCH
The war for games were definitely peak transformers games, and imo devastation came pretty close
I played and love wfc and still love no Matter what others say this is from the heart for me ❤
Today is good day for me because I found a copy of a war for cybertron game in the wild in local comics shop.
Been looking for one too! Not paying eBay prices...
In my opinion best Transformers Game ever released period!
Wow this game looks awesome wish I played it back then and I loved transformers never heard of this or the sequel.
If they ever become available again, I would highly recommend them!
@@DeltaTrion I doubt it sadly but I keep my eye open maybe they might remaster them.
Talking about the momentum being carried between transformations is so true!
~2010’s were really something when it came to gray looking multiplayer games that were so fun
Anyone realize that the second point in the video is that one scene from the new Transformer One movie where Megatron says rise up?? 💀💀
This was what I couldn’t wait to get back to after work, building my bots, bought every dlc…
So happy I still own this physically, bummed I’ll never get THAT multiplayer experience again.
Now it’d be all pay wall partitioned and loot boxes and battle passes.
Been waiting on this long form content!
All for you my friend!
Now i hope for a Fall of Cybertron Video…
Metroplex heads the call of the Last Prime.
@@ivanpadua3341 a FoC video….perhaps one day….
I’m obsessed with Transformers and I RANDOMLY purchased this back in 2011 I was in 8th grade and man oh mannnnn
Have you played the 2004 PS2 game? I don't really know shit about Transformers to be honest but I was introduced through Beast Wars as a kid, anyway, that game was sick. By the way love this recap.
Cybertron games was the best when I was growing up. I probably put hundreds of hours of exploring and replaying the campaign.
