No problem. I will try to find iphone 8 in good condition this weekend again. If not, I'll make a proper reference guide. My first try is to get a device. Actually if it is in good condition then the issue is that the blobs aren't saved... :( It can cost be i guess 40,000PKR for iPhone 8

There is no difference literally in any apple version. You can stay on 14.1 and be jailbroken and wait for a jailbreak for 15. You can upgrade later if you saved blobs for 15.1 .
