No on a15 or iphone 13, you can't downgrade as there is no way to set nonce. You can use trollnonce however that works upto 15.5 beta 4. Then set nonce then you can downgrade

Hello, i tried downgrading an iphone 7(GSM)(iPhone 9,3) from ios 15.8 to 14.8 but i cannot save the blob. I have entered my ECID but it keeps loading. I have been waiting for hours. Please help

No... For A11 only 16.6 + with blobs. And for windows there is a futurerestore windows guide but use futurerestore binary which supports cryptex1
