His part in the fr movie "Tenor" made him learn/improve new skills, as his lyrical voice/range. He uses every opportunity to learn and evolve. That's the best way to keep progressing in life (for everyone ^^)
When someone has a gift like that, finding out that he is a humble and appreciative person on top of it, makes me admire them even more. Y'know, MB14 is a beatboxer. And beatboxers learn from one another. MB14 seems like he incorporates "opera" style singing into his beatbox. Now what if another, a different beatboxer learns from him? Yes, there could be more MB14's in the beatboxing world. Beatboxers just prefer originality.

Only just discovered this man today and WOW! That's incredible talent. It's a lot of pressure to walk up on stage like that, especially solo. You can tell he knows how to work with a crowd, too, and he did a perfect job. Winning the golden buzzer too... it's surreal. People don't get many moments like that in their lives.

Moreover, the scene where he sings with a female singer makes me think that he is a truly essential talent in the music world. In addition to Got Talent and Voice, MB14 is a big name in the musician world. I think he is someone who leaves a mark.

I can't stop watching that great and amazing audition again and again!!! And as a former prof. dancer I'm really listening to every sound. And that was Pitch Perfect! I love the way he introduced the audience to counter tenor. It is one of my all time vocals but one i only got into after seeing a Baroque opera. It's a really amazing talented and a real specialised form of singing. Also the rest was just amazing too, I'm very glad he's finally getting the recognition he deserves.
All the vocal work he putted for the Tenor film gives a tremendous boost to the Pyramids track. It was great back in the days but it has just became a masterpiece with the high crystal tones he's now able to perform. Gigantic talent
I always believed human talent had it's limits, especially when it came to the voice. Now? I'm not so sure anymore. If you can beatbox AND sing like that, the sky is the limit. Mind blown. Never going to forget this.
Having followed MB14 for years and the loopstation communinty in general it is so easy to forget how most people have never ever seen the power of the new generations of beatbox loopers. I was amazed Simon had never really seen anything like it, but then I remembered again how niche it actually still is. MB14 is absoluty great for the art and showing it to the world.
right? can you imagine how freaking insane the crowd would have gone for Frosty's song "Fall" or some of the top GBB2023 loopstation wildcards? MB14 deserved this golden buzzer 100%
Any idea where I can check out his stuff that isn't done through a loopstation? I wonder because he claimed "everything you're about to hear is my human voice" and I SERIOUSLY doubt that reverb when he's imitating a Sitar is his own voice and not added through the effects of the loopstation. Not saying he doesn't do a phenomenal job, he's surely talented, but I genuinely doubt that is PURE human voice as a vocalist myself. Natural reverb like that is REALLY, REALLY hard to do. Almost nobody can.

The thing about this performance is that you start off by making those simple yet already impressive sounds like the high pitched string sound or clear vocale singing. Really letting the people take in the fact that everything will really come from your mouth, and then you start beatboxing and everyone starts to really get into it and then you drop this insane beat, very clever way to present your talent !

All the vocal work he putted for the Tenor film gives a tremendous boost to the Pyramids track. It was great back in the days but it has just became a masterpiece with the high crystal tones he's now able to perform. Gigantic talent

Having followed MB14 for years and the loopstation communinty in general it is so easy to forget how most people have never ever seen the power of the new generations of beatbox loopers. I was amazed Simon had never really seen anything like it, but then I remembered again how niche it actually still is. MB14 is absoluty great for the art and showing it to the world.
My thoughts exactly, loopstation battles should get really popular and really recognised now if it wasn't much before
right? can you imagine how freaking insane the crowd would have gone for Frosty's song "Fall" or some of the top GBB2023 loopstation wildcards? MB14 deserved this golden buzzer 100%

Any idea where I can check out his stuff that isn't done through a loopstation? I wonder because he claimed "everything you're about to hear is my human voice" and I SERIOUSLY doubt that reverb when he's imitating a Sitar is his own voice and not added through the effects of the loopstation. Not saying he doesn't do a phenomenal job, he's surely talented, but I genuinely doubt that is PURE human voice as a vocalist myself. Natural reverb like that is REALLY, REALLY hard to do. Almost nobody can.

The thing about this performance is that you start off by making those simple yet already impressive sounds like the high pitched string sound or clear vocale singing. Really letting the people take in the fact that everything will really come from your mouth, and then you start beatboxing and everyone starts to really get into it and then you drop this insane beat, very clever way to present your talent !
