I took my '22 Challenger 1320's exhaust off in one piece with no cutting so that I could return it to original if I ever sell it. Installed a 3" MBRP cat-back race exhaust on it. Sounds beautiful!
just recently found your channel and im loving all the sound comparisons. I have a 21 Challenger Scat and im torn between doing anything to the exhaust at all. The youtube videos help but i wish i could hear some in person cause sometimes videos just dont do the sounds justice. Thanks for the good content!
I feel that, besides a full aftermarket set, a glasspack swap while keeping the rear resonators is the best setup. Good sound while keeping the drone down when cruising.
Lol! Still waiting on a video or pic of what you are rolling in. Love how scared you are. Be honest. Not everyone can afford one. Those without are the biggest critics of other people rides. Time to drop your balls kids. See you next video. Have cars to work on. 💪
@Self Made Auto Ok. I will stop asking to see your car. You are not as dumb as I thought you was. I would have just laughed at it if you had the balls to show it. You have nothing that can match anything I had. Including my modded Taurus that you hate do much. Maybe you can get something worth showing people by the time I build up another one. 😄😄😄
Is there significant drone with the straight pipe vs mid muffler delete? I have the mid muffler delete right now, and there is almost zero drone, but it's only loud on WOT.
On my 2016 scat after removing the resonators the drone was nearly unbearable at first but I've gotten used to it over time. Definitely would just keep the mid muffler delete
I have a scat pack with a muffler delete myself, love your videos and your energy!! had a question: is there a sound difference with putting on bigger exhaust tips or is it just for looks?
@@davoroxibasically it’s 2 sets of mufflers. 2 in the middle (mid muffler) and 2 at the rear connected to the exhaust tips(resonators). Straight pipe is deleting both sets.
They are both Daytona u said scat pack and also the silver one said mid muffler delete but then on driving exit u put straight pipe... I love the content just gotta take more time on editing and make it all match and the sound was off with the green charger was lower then the split with other vehicle

thanks guys need this video. didn't know what i want to do with my 1320 exhaust and you guys made it even harder🤣🤣. Mid muff delete sounds LOUD. like that's it's just LOUD, but paying 200-300 dollars for is a nice bargain for what you get. the straight pipes you're paying 2k plus including labor, BUT it's loud and it sounds sharp, menacing, YOU.WILL.GET.GAPPED fucking that car😂😂
@@KidKnull the only thing that decreases performance and fuel economy is replacing the size of the piping. So my car has 3 inch piping. Anything higher then the pressure significantly changes. Taking heavy mufflers and cats off “frees” your car to breathe more and produce more horsepower and INCREASE fuel economy!

I need some advice i added a flowmaster outlaw series mufflers with valvetronic Design mufflers added to the very back of a 2012 srt charger but it's not loud sounds just like stock when the valves are open. My thing is should i delete the flowmaster i want to keep the valvetronic mufflers so i can make the car silent in the morning with a push of a button
Why the gray one seems to be louder I remember when I didn’t my challenger I did the mods and that mfr was loud and when I remove the back a lot of ppl was saying it wasn’t as loud but performance wise tho my car took off faster

These Dodge Challenger and Charger models are so awesome. I'm a truck dude but I want a scat pack so bad.
The green one wins, on just looks alone. 🔥
Love the sound of a V8 straight pipes 👍 Beast mode 💪😎🇺🇸
That muffler delete sounds sooooo good
One of the best sounding engines on the market!
When I bought my SP mod #1 was a muffler delete. 71K miles later I’m still loving it.

I had a RT. With small bullet exhaust and no reso. Was perfect. I have sound clips on my page
Both are aggressive but I like the first one better. The resonators take a little bit of the rasp away.

If the cats are still in that’s not a straight pipe but sounds great
Keep Grinding Brother 🔥🐐
I guess, I need to hear them in person. But, the mid muffler delete sounded louder than to me.
Same
Same when I did just the mid it was loud then when I did the back everyone said it wasn’t as loud
Strange, but surprisingly I liked the Delete better then the Straight Pipe 😱. Was not expecting that 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Straight pipe always sounds best with some MLS exhaust gaskets and a EGR delete.
On the green one. The computer system shut down the speed a bit to prevent sliding.
Straight pipe sounds better... But everything is better in TENNESSEE!!
Born in Selmer Tennessee and can confirm this is probably an opinion lmao.
And to think….gorgeous sounds made by beast of cars like these mopars and others will be replaced by the sad quietness of performance ev cars 😞😭

This answered what was done to the exhaust on my scat. It very much sounds like a straight pipe.
Now. Try it with The Nascar BOOM TUBE side pipes
Why do I feel like it’s louder with only the muffler delete??? Is that what is happening?? I thought straight pipe was supposed to be louder?
I got to Say Straight Pipes Sounded way Better.
I just love Dodge ♥️

Bigger tips do make little difference
If you want more sound add headers and cut off your cats. Loud af

why does the muffler delete sound louder on cold start and take off? straight pipe sounded quieter
