- I ate Mr. Beast's Feastables chocolate bar EVERYDAY for 30 days! The goal was to lose weight while eating chocolate EVERYDAY. Watch the full video to see the results...(I DO)
In the video I share you 6 lessons/tips to help you in your weight loss journey while still eating foods you enjoy. Through-out the 30 days my weight would fluctuate but on average the weight loss was at a constant downward trend every week. The highest I saw my weight was over 153 and lowest was 143.5.

My thoughts on Mr. Beast Feastables Chocolate bar:
My favorite was quinoa crunch but the almond chocolate was trailing right behind it. It's a delicious chocolate bar and I enjoyed this challenge. I didn't win anything even after 30 tries but that's okay I made a video out of it and got a cool shirt! Mr. Beast should definitely have me compete on one of his challenges tho!

Disc golf is definitely an activity to help either maintain weight or lose weight. I lost 10 pounds during the pandemic just by picking up the sport and it never felt like I was doing exercise! Great video brotha 🤙

I'm trying your advice I'm dieting going for walks I also train mauy thai in the evening. How can I add running to my routine. I like going for 3 mile runs. I used to run multiple times a week and it would make me very tired but I really enjoy running. I'd like to get one run in a week if possible.

I tried this and it only works with dark chocolate which your body forces you to stop eating after a half bar
As long as you're in caloric deficit you're fine. I eat all kinds of trash food. Just once a day w intermittent fasting 23 and 1
Yup! Calorie deficit = weight loss
There are many tools people can use to create that calorie deficit intermittent fasting is a good one 💪🏽
