Just be careful w/your leg & knee while putting that force on the shovel. Last May I was inserting a sm garden flag into the ground. We had dirt, plastic & then rocks on op of all our flowers gardens, so I knew I would have to slam my foot down very hard, which I did twice. Immediate pain and I limped back to the house. MRI showed a complex meniscus tear, Baker's cyst & a bone contusion to my knee. A painful, nightmare injury. 6 mos. afterwards I had to have knee surgery. All for a $4.99 flag. So just be aware, you can be badly injured doing ordinary tasks.
