      breakfast on the ship in the windjammer is open at 6:30am I believe. If you are talking about on the island the food in the cabana is more of lunch

      @@CruisetheWorldAtoZ ok thanks! I was wondering if there was any breakfast at the overwater cabanas or at the Club restaurant on the island? We just rented the overwater one for our upcoming trip and want to get off the boat early to have the full day.

    on the water slide- how deep is the water?

      @phux 3 года назад

      On another video they said it was like 6-7 ft iirc. They also said there was a sandbar you were able to sit on a bit further out.

    How deep was the water off the cabana?

    • @CruisetheWorldAtoZ
      @CruisetheWorldAtoZ  2 года назад +1

      Hmmm, I'm guessing here but 12-15 ft. you can kind of see the bottom depending on the weather conditions.

    RC has been moving that price point. It's north of $3200 on my June 2024 sailing. Not so much worth it unless you have a group splitting it.

      Keep in eye for sales as I noticed the price fluctuate a lot..

    • @jimmygarcia101

      Agree! Depends on what ship you're on and time of year. I'm going on the Wonders for a Nov 2023 sailing and it's $3800 and I booked another cruise on the Allure for Oct 2024 and that one is $3500. I recently was on the Freedom back in Feb 2023 and I believe that one, at the time, was about $2500. (I can only imagine how much it will be if you're on the Icon!). I would rather get one on land for half the cost if I was going to get one. I do understand the concept of the over the water cabanas but I don't think you get to pick which one you want. If you get any that are closest to the beach, when low tide strikes, that cabana is only going to be floating 2-3ft on the water. I could be wrong. But at that point, is pricing fair across all over the water cabanas? Probably not.

    Looks nice, but not for me. 150 lb limit, fact I can't swim and most importantly the cost would keep me on the beach. Have fun to those who rent one.
