Great point. Not long ago I was standing in the checkout line at Target and in front of me was a father with his two kids - a boy and a girl. The kids were super excited about something and the boy looked up to his father and made a funny face. The dad threw his arms around that kid, kissed him on the head and cried "GOD I love you!" Release it in a non damaging way to you and others. Maybe sports can help or maybe some kind of body expression, dance, arts, music, Tai chi, Kung Fu (martial arts teach control of emotions without suppressing them).
What do you value? What is important to you? How can you live in greater alignment with those values and priorities? What are you willing to give up to achieve this alignment? Work on building your relationship with yourself rather than trying to fit yourself into narrow definitions of what you think others want you to be. Try journaling, spending time in nature, running, listening to music.
What do i value. Intimacy What is important to me. Expression and somewhat control. Living in greater alignment with those values and priorities. I dont know i guess to quit with my job or express myself more but idk. What am i willing to give up my own false persona. I like music. It's not as simple as he's portraying it, his biases shows through. It's very much more complicated than just men being thugy and women being smarter and more emotionally mature. I get the gut feeling his biases are due to perhaps being a victim at some point, probably due to that weird hair cut. The problem between men and women is due to women moving out of the sub servant role of the 1950 and prior and into a independent, financially self sufficient role with their own wants and needs and the problems arise with the domestic law system we have is still geared towards that 1950s model. The truth of the matter is that each sex has their strengths and weaknesses and we haven't been able to work out our roles in this modern world, maybe never. We may never work it out and will succumb to Elon Musk's prediction of civilization collapse due to lack of preproduction. We have to be careful putting too much weight on psychology and the use of psychiatry, these "sciences" are on the lowest point of the scientific pyramid with physics and mathematics being at the top, their ability to explain reality is very much in question and based on statistics that can have many correlations and some we haven't identified as well as anecdotal evidence and opinion that is clouded by the opinion holder.
it's as simple as watching the introductory video on Jung and the shadow, and the upcoming ones on Freud's metapsychology. The research presented here was based on other male researchers such as Scott Galloway and Alok Kanojia who, along with me, actually worked with and helped people with mental health issues. I take you do not. Thanks for your patience and your research into this channel. I'm sorry you didn't find the hair cut appealing.... :)
This is so false. Men have always needed women more than we need men, and we have been living under the psyop known as patriarchy which includes organised religion to keep us serving men's needs. Enough is enough. You men need to learn to stand on your own feet and approach us as equals.
This comment is gold lol you just mansplained to an academic. Your ego is so hurt by this that you not only miss the whole point, but you include an insult as well. The irony is crazy 🤦🏻♀️

Great video ! 😊
Hope to see more
I glad I clicked on the thumbnail. I get a bit sick of seeing Andrew Tate's face but had a feeling this would be insightful.
You are one of those who tells is like it is! 👏🏻👏🏻
Sahi hai bhai.
Love and blessings!
thank you!
This is good
please keep making more videos for us
I see much of what you say in myself
thank you so much for sharing this. There is a way out. But unfortunately there are no short cuts. Thanks for listening.
Fantastic content
Insightful indeed
thanks for listening. Glad you found it useful.
so what doc my anger is still in me waiting and brooding.
Release it in a non damaging way to you and others.
Intimacy
What is important to me. Expression and somewhat control.
Living in greater alignment with those values and priorities. I dont know i guess to quit with my job or express myself more but idk.
What am i willing to give up my own false persona.
I like music. I used to run a lot but worrying and frustration got an effect on my nerves in my neck shoulder and foot. Journaling well i cringe when i read back what i wrote. Sitting in natura is Okay just to take my mind off things😅 or in the hope that it takes my mind off things so i can feel bliss.
Thankyou!

Could you explain?
And you’re diminutive 😘 😂
@@TheEmptyChairMindhe won’t, because he’s already decided that this message hurts his ego way to much to provide any real engagement or debate 😞

intriguing comment - can you say some more?
@TheEmptyChairMind pretty self explanatory bubba.
@@JohnDoe-i1h lol! I was wondering if you were seeing this in terms of evolutionary biology, sociology-politics, or psychology?
@TheEmptyChairMind it doesn't matter it's undebatable. its not some hidden mystical knowledge its peer reviewed and scientifically studied knowledge which is easily obtainable through the device you are interfacing me through rn.
@@JohnDoe-i1h perhaps it doesn't matter to you. In the introductory video to this channel, I hoped that this would be a learning space where people shared their knowledge with others. It's not advanced science to know that the internet is a vast universe so material is not "easily obtainable" on any device - hence my channel project. But if you feel uncomfortable sharing knowledge, that's understandable.

Let the envy flow.
@@TheEmptyChairMind I'm sorry) I don't understand you)
@@FlaiderX yes, that's correct. If the comment is about your unconscious, by definition you cannot see it. So what next? You have to wait until you do. Tragic, isn't it?!
@@TheEmptyChairMind Ummm. You don't understand, I was just joking. Well, it's kind of a tradition, the first comment who writes. I don't understand what your words mean. What envy, etc.
@@FlaiderX "You don't understand", "I don't understand", "I was just joking". Contents of the unconscious....
Do you know about Freud's fascination with paraphraxis? The Freudian slip.

Collab when? :)
@@theeternalgus9119 thanks for that thought! I'm open to it, but he has many reasons not to be! Let's see what happens?
This is so false. Men have always needed women more than we need men, and we have been living under the psyop known as patriarchy which includes organised religion to keep us serving men's needs. Enough is enough. You men need to learn to stand on your own feet and approach us as equals.
This comment is gold lol you just mansplained to an academic. Your ego is so hurt by this that you not only miss the whole point, but you include an insult as well. The irony is crazy 🤦🏻♀️
Thats so sad.
