- Nintendo really did their best to get rid of all glitches in Super Mario Maker 2. They removed a couple of fun mechanics that often were the starting point for Super Mario Maker glitches. Basically, they did everything they could to release Super Mario Maker 2 completely glitchless. Naturally that didn’t work out that great. So today we are going to take a look at the first round of glitches, that already got discovered in Super Mario Maker 2.

The shell manipulation could be an evil requirement for level completion...
The question is whether or not it's a glitch
I can picture it now: an entire level with an enticing POW block at the beginning that drops down a few tasty bonus coins; little does the player know that without that POW block in its place anymore, the balance of the universe is thrown into chaos and a shell at the end of the level goes the wrong way and doesn't hit the right switch.
In fact, I might make a level like that! "The Butterfly Effect"

ALWAYS put your P-Switches on the ceiling. That way you can't move it.
@@theivoryguy2476 lol, I was playtesting a troll mechanism. It wasn't always working right, so I took the P-switch up with me to see what was happening. It then proceeded to never work. I was baffled.
I'm convinced that the best new addition to the game was the other playable characters so you could make these great transitions between them

yeah but the smm2 one is much easier to do, it only works in 1 if a yoshi bounces up a note block at the same time as the chomp going over it (or other enemy)

While watching this video I was already planning out how to make an amazing multiplayer vs "bring the pow block back" race... My heart sank at the end when you said Nintendo would delete it if I ever made it. The idea sounds so fun :(
