If I understand it correctly, glitch levels are people combining the MM assets to behave in ways they're NOT supposed to be placed in (thus "breaking" the programming for that level, for lack of a better term), which Nintendo disapproves of and deletes. An uno mas level, however, shows off weird asset combination behaviour that CAN be recreated if you know what you're doing, which is more likely to get past the admins because the assets aren't being manipulated in level breaking ways. One seems a deliberate attempt to break the game's programming for a level, and the other just looks weird when certain assets are combined. Good luck if you can understand the difference now lol because as far as I'm concerned they just show just how well Nintendo programs their games even after all these years lol
An uno mas could use a glitch… Usually in an uno mas you have to use the thing to beat the level If it's something like a hitbox, or…when you do this it's only this but when you do this……then it's an uno mas. If it just looks completely wrong…then it's a glitch.

The sound was caused by a koopaling, which never unloads. Also icicles are no longer considered global ground.
