I really love the project that they are dedicating to this modification of Crash Bandicoot, it has some interesting mechanics similar to those of Crash Bandicoot 4 but it is incredible how they import it to the PS1 knowing that the console has some limitations
I simply can not even begin to comprehend the amount of work that goes into modifying a PS1 game to this extent! You pull no punches and keep surprising with every video ya do! Many thanks for pushing the limits and showing the results of your work :)

This is really cool. I really love that you use the haze mechanics that is from Lani Loli from Crash 4. This Crash Bandicoot level is really cybernetic. I really hope we more out of this.

does this work on actual hardware?
Hey, do you still make custom tracks or remember anything? i wanted to put original instruments to midis i ripped so they sound like normal but you can change and remix them easily. My program can't find some of the samples, and i know it's possible to find them with CrashEdit, but i have a problem and you knew how to do it, can you help? i can't do anything with the wavebank chunks.
You can right-click the music entry to export the VAB, which can be converted to soundfont files with vgmtrans.
@@airumu all soundfonts are messed up, pitches, volumes, lenght, pretty much everything has gone bad, what version of crashedit and vgmtrans do you use?
I use the latest CE and the legacy version of vgmtrans, but I don't really think it matters.
@@airumu You know what? i discovered none of that crashedit exporting isnt really required. i just dragged the dynamo NSF file into VGMTrans and got:
- Three aku-aku patterns
- Piston it away pattern
- Death route pattern
- Bonus route pattern
- Lot of collections
- just one SF2 that works on everything
I chose the largest sample collection with 26 of them and everything plays good but one sound is missing, its probably in a different collection, thanks for help!
