Rework of my Crash Dash mod v2 - this level is almost done, so I decided to make a video.
This will be a part of Averso's and my modpack, no download yet.

Depends when it's released. There are some other mods I'd like to try in the meantime that are ready now.

No way man, I had dreams about extra secret levels like this in the Crash games when I was a kid. Feels so weird to see those types of levels become a reality.

What do you have to do with the bonus
I love how this integrates so many different aspects of Crash 2's gameplay while also adding new elements. Although the idea of a boulder chase level in the dark sounds like a nightmare lol - amazing stuff!
Creativity has no limits! Really enjoyed the changes between the various alpine-based levels like Crash Crush and Diggin' It.
I, was just about to say, that I am very impressed that they modded like this.
Love this naughty dog/Eurocom-styled rendition of Ice Station Bandicoot. You should do some Wrath Of Cortex tracks in this style.

You've really improved in the modding, the level design, the way the level is structured, and the positioning and presence of crates like the POW crates for example. It was great, really! :D
My favorite death route I’ve seen. The darkness mixed w the lights of the enemies and electric gates and the creepy death music all goes together so good.
Wonderful, love the addition of that Crash Bash soundtrack too!
I was hoping the recolored mines would be different in effect too. They could have been mini Nitros that can only hurt crash, or be mines with greater launching power.
Don't know how much you can edit items but if the bolts on top of the mines were recolored to be lights you could make them turn on and off in a circular pattern and the 1 light on could show where Crash would be thrown by the explosion. So mines would now double as not just hazards but tools to gain extra distance on the boulder.
It's an interesting idea, I'll consider modifying the code of them :)

Rashed125 really doubt there would be a level creator in Crash 4. I mean Nintendo had to make a entirely separate game just so you could create levels in Mario which are usually much simpler in terms of difficulty than Crash (notice how I didn’t say bad. I still love Mario a lot, same with Crash. Both are great franchises.).

It's insane how diverse these levels are. I like the new box mechanics too. I think it would be awesome for new crash games to have a sandbox mode.
I can't wait for the soundtrack too, it's another favorite along with the badass levels

@Jon Acosta Yeah I heard they made Toys For Bob do COD Warzone which sucks for Crash and Spyro. If a Spyro 4 is to be made I heard rumors that it will be from Beenox I think the company is called. I'll believe it when I see some kind of announcement, though there was that leaked new design for Spyro from data mining the Crash on the Run game, and heard he will be playable in the game some time.
Activision should let Toys For bob continue to work on the Crash and Spyro games.

This is such a great technical and also creative achievement!
This really makes me wish the first 3 Crash titles had a Super Mario World-esque modding community. Right now theres some AWESOME work being put out by the few of you who are capable of modding Crash and I'd love to be able to play rom hacks comprised of custom levels just like SMW!

Dude please release the Manic Panic remix, it's SO cool! I seriously love it, despite having small changes, it adds a really nice touch to my favorite Crash Bash track.

I'm so amazed by this, Crash Modding before was just a ton of levels with a bunch of nitros, but now it is evolving so much. It is really amzing and really better than the OG naughty dog stupid and child levels with boxes put in random places and nitros are barely used. Well, aside from Cold Hard Crash and Piston It Away which can be hard if you're a bad player.This is how you make a real level. The blue ! Crate is an interesting concept and also mixing elements from all 3 chase levels is all awesomeness.
Good to see the modding community for Crash is increasing. These level mods really should be ported to the N Sane Trilogy next.

I know this isn't related to the video necessarily, but I just had to say this.
Thanks for indirectly introducing me to Milky Holmes haha. I'm only a few episodes in, and it's one of the cutest and most hilarious shows I've seen in a while haha. I needed something like this after all the garbage that's happened this year.
In regards to the mod itself though, it's really cool! I like how things are laid out, and how many different sections there are and what not. Semi-reinforced crates are a very interesting concept, and seeing new crate types in general is really cool.
I'm glad you liked it. It's one of my favorites and I rewatch it sometimes even now, really like that kind of stuff.

That's a really good level, its the first time i see custom crates, usually i see only edited levels with normal crates, but this is way better and cool, sorry for bad english

The amount of ideas in this mod is Massive the only thing it lack is Textures for the Semi-reinforced Crates and Blue ! Iron Crates to tell the difference between them before Smashing them, also can you put a Red ! Iron Crate that Activate Certain Hazard to Punish Crash by making the Stage harder?. i'm very excited to play this mod pack thank you for the hard work :)

I have another suggestion if possible, for a boulder level!! You can probably make the boulder faster and reduce error margin... So, should you make one single mistake, the boulder crushes you.
