of course to get well-defined abs is not entirely dependent on working out. diet is very important, and to eat in caloric deficit (so around 1500 - 1800 cals?) which will lower your body fat % (adipose tissue) and combined with good, lean diet and this workout, the fitness outcome is favorable :)

예비군 갔다 오느라 확인이 늦었습니다ㅜ 맥길 크런치라는 동작을 응용하는데요. 상체를 들어 올릴 때 허리가 구부러지는 움직임을 조금이나마 상쇄시키기 위해서 동작을 취하고 있습니다. 제가 반복적으로 허리 구부리는 동작에서 불편감을 느껴서요^__^
