Is skar supposed to raddle like that? My 8 inch sounds weird ands it new and got it in a box but sounds bad when I turn up the bass even with a 300 watt amp it sounds bad
It's not clipping, but just the camera syncing in with the frequency, but it's actually the sub reaching it's mechanical limits: the spider and the surround are pretty much fucked up, and the damn thing probably also bottoms out!
i was lied to by that car stereo shop then... one other shop told me that was the balance issue between the 2 voice coils... one voice coil is moving milliseconds faster than the other causing the cone to bounce at an angle, and that was due to a poor quality amp...
