Those fruits would actually be artifact-level items, since in the story he tricked them into eating fruit from THE TREE OF KNOWLEDGE. So those apples would just grant you MASSIVE amounts of knowledge upon eating them.

Not really. Lamia come from Greek mythology and was one of the many monsters created by the Gods during a jealous tiff. In this case, one of Zeus's lovers getting zapped into a child eating snake monster by Hera. Or she transformed due to jealousy and grief causing her to steal and eat (for some reason) other peoples children after Hera stole hers. Either way, Heras fault, not Adam screwing the poor snake.
