If I were a successful realtor in the GTA I would take some of the obscene amount of money that was made in the last decade or so and spend it on the golf course + travelling. Me thinks y’all in for a slow grind for the foreseeable future. YOLO!
The ones that work hard and provide value to their clients and others will be ok. The ones that expect the phone to just ring, will not be.

Bloomberg just posted 250 thousand condos for sale in the gta & investors want out of all property investments now. Why did you delete my last comment? There's 70 thousand delisted homes in gta.
