On the final day tomorrow. 40-20. Started day one with a 25lb dumbbells dropped to a 20lb dumbbells for days 2-5. This workout is hard with the work staying the same and the Rest reduction 10sec ea day.
My advice if u go 10 days on this workout days 6-10 up ur weight u used for the 1-5 days. Or do ur last 2 sets of the 5 with a heavier db. Just 5lbs more is more than enough.
