About me: I’m a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, and I love my job. I have degrees in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology, and have been helping people get stronger and move better full-time since 2009. Through working with all kinds of different people ranging from elite basketball athletes to active seniors, I’ve learned that the “secret” to effective training is to take a long-term approach. The day you stop training is the day you stop improving, so training programs must be structured in a way that keeps our joints healthy and mind engaged while we build a strong and powerful body. Through sharing information and training tips here, I hope to help more people train for the rest of their lives.

Short, concise, and as someone just getting back on the train, kettlebells have been a huge part in keeping me going.im loving them. I'll add this workout to the mix.
Right on, thanks for commenting!
Thankyou. I am new to kettlebells and the fact that you have included a warm up is brilliant! I will definitely be doing this routine!
Thanks for sharing. Glad you enjoyed. Good luck with your training.
Excellent like always! Thanks
Thank you so much!
You have some really good thumbnails and information. You’ll make it big on RUclips if you keep going.
I appreciate that, thank you. Taking a break for the holidays, back at it in January!
The video should be at least 11 minutes, 1 minute explanation and 10 min of actually doing the activities
Fair enough. I didn't want to make a pure workout video here, but I do get how the title suggests that's what the video is. I learned from this one.
