The BEST VEGAN Meatballs EVER!!!

This is my FIRST VIDEO ever and I'm super excited (cant you tell?) for my new journey.

For The Meatballs:
2 14oz packs extra firm tofu
2 small onions
5 cloves of garlic
½ cup nutritional yeast
15 stems parsley
15 stems cilantro
1tsp cumin
1tsp paprika
½tsp cayenne papper
½ tsp tumeric
⅓ cup bulgur
1tbsp psyllium husk
1 ½ tsp salt
To Make The Seniyah
For The Tahini:
½ cup tahini
3 tbsp lemon juice
⅓ cup of water
½ tsp salt
To finish the dish:
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp pine nuts
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp chopped parsley
salt
