    No need to stand up, no jumps or anything hardcore. It’s somehow hardcore - but not in the horrible way. If you fall on your bum during the first exercise, don’t worry haha. I did to the first time!

    Early! Definitely trying this soon! And for anyone reading this: Remember you are beautiful no matter what. Don't compare yourself to Pam, or anyone else. You are YOU, and that is more beautiful than trying to be anyone else. Stay healthy for you, do it to feel good, not for the vanity of it. But of course, don't forget to let yourself indulge. Don't feel guilty to skip a day of working out, or eat that peice of chocolate. ❤️❤️❤️ILY

    Never did an exercise make me feel so graceful and peaceful as Elegant Hold did. By far my favorite type of hold and also my new favorite low-impact workout! Pam never ceases to amaze me.

    I have been exercising with Pamela for half a year. Although it has only been half a year, I have lost weight and become strong. With the habit of exercising, I no longer force myself to exercise, but focus on the present. Loved watching Pamela.

    Okay, so I consider myself in pretty damn good shape, ladies---and have never been into yoga/pilates; preferring instead strength training workouts. But something about this video kept calling to me, as the moves and music are just so elegant---and since I've been needing to incorporate a pre-workout stretch routine into my regime, I decided to give this one a try. OMG. While I didn't fall on my butt from those shaking limbs, I came close MANY TIMES.. Now I realize this particular routine is my new challenge....to perfect all these extreme balance moves into GRACEFUL/SMOOTH application....and how doing so will take my whole fitness game up several notches. These TRULY are 'extraordinary and special' moves as the title says---they have to be in order to get ME into pilates!! LOL

    I'm surprised this is called Pilates as these seem like yoga postures (they are even called by the typical English pose names) and common fitness moves but not much included that I've seen in a classic mat Pilates class. Very lovely though! TY Pamela

    Outstanding! I've done many short pilates workouts over the last 15 years or so and this one is excellent! Also helping me heal a torn rotator cuff (I waited some months before doing this routine 😊). All the best.

    Feel like we need a lilly Sabri & Pamela collab, a very dangerous duo! Would probably die from their workouts if they did do a collaboration though because they both do hardcore workouts. Would be very excited if they do do workout videos together though , I would 100% do it! 🙋🏽‍♀️

    Omg it was hard!! After working out for almost 4 years I've found this one hard. But the workout is slow and hard also the sky and ocean and your outfit makes it so soothing to watch. The ocean waves were cherry on top 🤍🤍🤍
