No need to stand up, no jumps or anything hardcore. It’s somehow hardcore - but not in the horrible way. If you fall on your bum during the first exercise, don’t worry haha. I did to the first time!

Never did an exercise make me feel so graceful and peaceful as Elegant Hold did. By far my favorite type of hold and also my new favorite low-impact workout! Pam never ceases to amaze me.

Okay, so I consider myself in pretty damn good shape, ladies---and have never been into yoga/pilates; preferring instead strength training workouts. But something about this video kept calling to me, as the moves and music are just so elegant---and since I've been needing to incorporate a pre-workout stretch routine into my regime, I decided to give this one a try. OMG. While I didn't fall on my butt from those shaking limbs, I came close MANY TIMES.. Now I realize this particular routine is my new challenge....to perfect all these extreme balance moves into GRACEFUL/SMOOTH application....and how doing so will take my whole fitness game up several notches. These TRULY are 'extraordinary and special' moves as the title says---they have to be in order to get ME into pilates!! LOL

I'm surprised this is called Pilates as these seem like yoga postures (they are even called by the typical English pose names) and common fitness moves but not much included that I've seen in a classic mat Pilates class. Very lovely though! TY Pamela

I have been stressing alot about ab workouts recently and back in time i used to do pilates daily and i just figured i dont need to think about abs right now i just need to relax and stretch, anddd btw i love your workouts i do them very often

Omg it was hard!! After working out for almost 4 years I've found this one hard. But the workout is slow and hard also the sky and ocean and your outfit makes it so soothing to watch. The ocean waves were cherry on top 🤍🤍🤍
