Thanks for very much for taking the time to upload this video. It was very helpful and probably saved me 20 something bucks and was a five-minute job. *mine had Phillips screws and not the T20s

At 1:45, the two tabs line up but are loose resulting in some play there after all is connected. Is there a fix for that? The new lens tabs look exactly the same as the old.

+HardCore Racer Check the bulbs first. That may be all that needs replacing. Unless there is obvious damage (cracked glass) to the assembly - then you would want want to change that as well. If your assembly is good, check your fuses for a bad fuse.

Steven P. I just bought a whole new assembly and it didnt come with the plastic plug snaps for the body of the jeep, so my light doesnt snap in, now there is a gap when i screw the left two bolts in snug. Anyone know a fix?
DO NOT FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS FOR A 2006 Liberty!!!! They say to pull the taillight out after removing the two screws that are visible. This will completely ruin the taillight assembly!!! There are another set of two screws that are accessible from behind the wheel well. DO NOT PULL THE TAILLIGHT ASSEMBLY FROM THE VEHICLE AS SHOWN IN THIS VIDEO.

Why won't ANYONE show the removal on the left (DIFFICULT) side instead of the easy one???
werewolfmanjackal It's at the end of the video amigo.
What size are the screws that hold in the tail light on the driver side?
