Hi, I am from India 🇮🇳. Today's lesson is amazing. Thank you to making this type of lesson. Can you make more lessons like this, please?. It's really useful for me. Thank you once again.
I highly enjoyed this lesson, really useful for improving our listening comprehension. Thanks!😊
I am a native English speaker from Southern California. My mother, daughter of immigrants, born in Massachusetts, learned English perfectly. My accent is more Canadian, or even Massachusetts, than Southern California. I pronounce the t, and hard g. The English language, particularly American style, is extremely challenging. Good luck in teaching it, but do keep noting the proper way to pronounce words, even if the "shorthand" method seems more in vogue.
I'm from rwanda
Nothing to say,this channel's videos have always been worthing my time.This was productive meanwhile enjoyable and compelling:)
Great video, thank you so much! The sound more difficult for me is the "th" sound, I can't make it at all!

to me, one of challenge sentence to pronounce is ''could have ,should have,must have,would have'' in their short form.
Aww yeah Ethan
Thanks a million for this wowtastic lesson. I enjoyed it a lot and I learnt so much about the stop t . I’m glad to share that I produced this sound correctly!! Yippee 😉
For me a flap t and thr cluster are quite difficult to produce. I often get mixed up whenever I try to produce these sounds in a sentence. It would be helpful if you create a video on these sounds!!
I appreciate it 💖💖
Stay safe
Glad you enjoyed it!
8/10 and 5/5. I really like this lesson.
Awesome video, but if you don't mind, I'd like to make a question. What is the difference between IN BETWEEN and IN-BETWEEN?. Thanks in advance 😊
OMG, thank you so much, your lesson is amazing as always👏My tongue is tired, but it was definitely worth it😂
Great job!
I enjoy this sound for some reason, but it is easy for me
A very good video to learn about that kinds of pronunciation! Hope to produce a video explaining how to pronounce "th" and "s" coming together! Thanks!
Oh my gosh, I'm from Poland and must say that each try to spell this stop t is really painful. Since our speaking is kind of harder than the English one it's just tough. But hope that practice will pay off!
You can do it!
You rock! 🤩
When should I change t to d or h or r
i enjoyed this lesson so much but i find it very difficult to pronounce correctly
Words beginning with W are difficult to pronounce. It would be great to have a video about it guys. Thanks
Dear, Coach.
"incredibly" / ɪnˈkrɛdəbli/ /b/ sound here pronounced as true /b/ or unreleased /b/ ? Could you help me to clarify. Thanks a lot
This lesson is really amazing. Thanks! I want to know the most common pronounciation of the word 'without' in the US. We often hear you say 'without missing the jokes...' Is it more common to pronounce it as 'with-out' or 'wi-thout'?
You might check this youglish.com/pronounce/without/english/us?. Ethan underlines that you can understand everything without even missing jokes. So he really exaggerates the word
*I never hear auxiliar "Do" or "Did" in question sentences... I've always thought of native people just take it away...*
The th sound
Nothing to say, so useful
Glad it was helpful!

It's easy to learn american english isn't it?
American: Boeh Im rlly bout to g3t yo pickle cheen ah boyhh...
I find all British accents frustrating to listen to😢
It's kind of hard to understand when someone pronounces names.
13 out of 15
As'n Mar'n 🚗😋
How do Americans pronounce the two words 'is there... ?' together when speaking ???
not frightened to pronounce thois words.
You don't need to pronounce it like this, you just need to understand what's being said when other people do.
The English language has too many vowel sounds. It's a horrible mess.
Dear coach. Could you help? are the followings correct?
We can pronounce one of two ways
- unreleased /d/, unreleased /t/ in “bad” and “hot”
- assimilation like the following
/d/ + /g/ ==> one /g/
bad girl /bæd ɡərl/ ==> /bæɡərl/
/t/ + /g/ ==> /k/ + /g/
hot girl / hɑt ɡərl /==> / hɑk ɡərl /
Thanks a lot
After voiced consonants 'd' at the end will be voiced /d/ - not /t/
And yes, assimilation is possible in the examples you gave🤗
@@RealLifeEnglish1 thanks a lot. What a great teacher!
