When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do it after I brush my teeth I go to the Dunkin’ Donuts to get my coffee and then I start my day watching you for 15 minutes and memorizing 3 words and go to my work
I think I'm a morning person. I'm not a night owl. I head to the bathroom to brush my teeth and do my skin care routine first thing in the morning. After a long day at work, I need to take a break and hit the hay to refresh my mind and body. I hope I will sleep like a log.

Everyday i wake up at 4 A.M o’clock
I check up my phone if i didn’t miss messages or calls after i get down to the bed, i headed to the bathroom to get a shower, after i dress up, after i take the lunch and then i go to work, when i arrive at the work i greet all my coworkers, and then i start to work. At noon i take a break for dinner after finishing the dinner i get in the work to continue what i start and then when my time is over so i get back to my house, i greet all my families specially my mom and then i get in my room for down time.... that’s it teacher Vanessa you’re a Rock
I usually get up at 6 o'clock after that I will turn off the alarm clock on the phone. And I brush my teeth , wash my face , take a shower and go to school.

Thanks for all the lessons you taught us. All of these are just so helpful. Actually I'm a morning person only on my happy weekends.😅 From Monday to Friday,I need to get up early, make breakfast,feed my dog , drop my two kids off school and go to work. After work,I also gotta make dinner,do all the chores,and check kids' homework . As a family, we usually spend time chatting about the day while having dinner. My kids love sharing what had happened in school. My two kids are just big enough, so I could have a little precious time on my own,having a cup of tea, watch TV, the most important -learn real English from ur video😄 which is I can call it " my quality time". However, I really need to quit the bad habit which I often spend time scrolling on Facebook mindlessly while on my bed before sleep. Sometimes there's a lot going on in my mind,all thinking things like what I went through today, what I need to do tomorrow, do I forget sth,etc. At last,I end up tossing and turning during my sleep making me feel so exhausted. 😩

Before I talk about my day, I want to thank you for making these useful English videos. Watching your videos always bring positive vibes and you inspire me a lot.
First thing in the morning, I hear the alarm and prepare to go to work. I am not a morning person so I have to drink a cup of coffee every morning to keep me active. As a dentist, when I have a stressful day at work, I open up my problems to my boyfriend after work who is also a dentist. I spend my own quality time at night before I hit my hay and sleep like a log.
...and I'm second!

Hi Vanessa, i'm a morning person, however my husband is someone who wake up in the wrong side of the bed lol. I wanted to thank you for your work, my kids talk English naturally cause they are in an English public school, but when they come back to home i try to practice with them, and it's always the same vocabulary I use. Hi Vanessa, great lesson! Hopefully, I have a chance to sleep in in the morning. I am not an early bird I'm a night owl. Sometimes I go to work. On my days off I like to study English, walk outside, listen to music and watch Tv. Unfortunately because of corona pandemia, my dance lessons have been on the back burner for almost 3 years now! What a pity! I agree it is important to have some downtime to recharge one's batteries.

Yesterday I woke up at 8 O'clock and I ate breakfast at 9 O'clock after that I read book, did some sports and went shopping around 1 O'clock I headed to a restaurant and I ate lunch and then I went home under a beautiful rain
And at 9 p.m some of my friends and I played Foosball and fingers crossed 🤞 I won most of the time .

Vanessa, thank you so much for sharing those wonderful phrases. As a mom of two active kids(both stay at home), I am not a morning person, I wake up on the wrong side of the bed every morning. The older kid is going to preschool the March, that is a big relief for me. I will drop off and pick up my kid at the preschool. There is a down time for myself after I put my kids to the bed. I usually read book and doing nothing，because this is the only time belongs to me. Hope you have a great day!
Hello Vanessa. My day usually starts with toss and turns. Before pandemic, I sleep like log. On weekends, I spend quality time with my family for 2 hrs, where we play games like UNO. And, my mum makes delicious meals. Thanks for sharing this. Will try to use more phrases in my daily life.

@@badrtinghir5343 Hello Badr, first i turn on the subtitles in english to see what Vanessa are saying, then i write down the exemples or sentences and i use the video as a podcast, i listen to it the whole week when i have time. I hope that works for you too.

For me, every morning, I need to take my coffee, first thing because I always get up from the wrong side of the bed, afterwards, I catch up on my household chores to make my house tidy, especially when I 'm sick for a long period. After a long hard day, I just need to sleep tight to start a new day comfortably

This my daily routine 👇
I am not a morning person. Sometimes I wake up on the wrong side of the bed unfortunately. After I’m awake, I head to the kitchen for making tea and breakfast. I usually watch your videos during eating breakfast٫and really enjoy them. Then I go to work till evening. When my husband and I come home, we try to spend some time together as a couple. Sometimes We try to speak English together for improving speaking skill and ,sometimes we play table games to each other or watching tv. we usually cook dinner together, it’s the best part of day for us. When day’s over, it’s time to hit the hay. My husband usually sleeps like a long but I might toss and turn a bit before finally falling asleep so sometimes I read a book then I drift off to sleep.

I found this video useful to describe your schedule in a good manner. Generally we translate sentences that looks funny and inappropriate to some extent. Using some phrases makes your English impressive.
You are doing a great service. Without knowing anything about phonetics and great vocabulary, if I watch your videos everyday, I bet within 6 months, I shall speak at least 50 % american accent. I think it is the easy way to learn a language, that is to listen . Gradually one can pick up. Thank you.

Thank you for the amazing video! Here are my morning daily routines. When I wake up, I usually go over the football match results first thing in the morning because I'm kind of crazy football fan. Then I have breakfast by watching the football highlights that makes me joyful and fresh. And I help my mother at our grocery as a couple. At noon I always watch movies or series that improve my english skills. Every evening, I play football with my friends from out of town.
