Just discovered this video recently. Lexi is hilarious! I hope you are both well, the business is going great and maybe the casita is in progress? Thanks for all the great videos. They never fail to give me a laugh and cheer me up. 😄 Almost forgot to mention that jeeps like that are getting very popular up here (Ontario, Canada). Over the past year, I see more Rubicons on the road than Toyota Corollas.

Unless this is a trailer only jeep, if you can put a selectable locker up front. Easier to turn corners. Black fenders, love the access door panel. Like it, have 93 myself, on37s, great platforms for modifying. Be safe and have fun.

Thats awesome u got an Excursion! I was looking for one with the 7.3 back when I got my Suburban. Those are perfect. And yes I have tried Venom... funny story, at this warehouse I got to sometimes for work, they have Venom roulette in the vending machine. Its funny because you never know what flavor you're gunna get. They are cheap too.
@@CaptainGnarkill heck yea there cheap to " supplies your need on the cheap " lol I didnt think i would find one in stock condition all records since 4 miles in and payed $6900. Wanted it for the international engine they are a million mile motor love this thing now I have all diesels.

Well... its open, so thats probably a huge factor. But as long as you don't smash the gas while its bound up they will last.

What gears you running, do you have a rear locker? I see 8 lugs on the front wheel, you running a 5 to 8 lug adapter?
4.88 gears the rear has a posi trac but its not really a locker. The front D30 has 2.5" wheel adapters so the wheels match
Leaf springs, leave leaf springs, leaf springs R good & graphite, paint as many things as possible

Where the heck do you wheel that thing??? Where’s the nearest trail to the O’side Harbor?? Just bought a YJ and the only trails that I could find (that are still open) are off the 905
I used to live near Long Beach. Azusa Canyon is back open, but I love the deserts. Ocotillo/truck haven is only a couple hours away. However I recently moved to Arizona and have trails all around me. Check out some of my more recent videos for more about this Jeep.

I’m driving a big rig now and have been for the past couple years and obviously I can’t watch videos while I’m driving. Do you still have that YJ? Maybe I can shoot down to Arizona on my next Hometime and hit some trails. I bought a 95 YG last July and I’ve hardly wield it at all. She needs a good thrashing! LOL!

@@caprikorny8480 Mounting was easy. I just ripped the old ones out, drilled a hole at the top of the grill and mounted them upside down.

37s on a Dana 30. This gives me hope.
Those Dana 30s are tough. I did eventually go with a 60, but the 30s strength really was impressive
@@CaptainGnarkill Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about sleeving and trussing my 30 instead of going bigger so I don't have so much pumpkin hanging down.
What about chromoly axle shafts instead?
@@CaptainGnarkill all part of the plan. Chromoly rcv axle shafts. I want to eliminate the vacuum activated 4wd and have a solid shaft. Maybe do manual hubs instead.
