Thanks so much for this video. I'd removed the service manual from its bag in the washer, then misplaced it. Your video helped me determine there were no error codes found (after I replaced the control board), and the washer is running now.

Amazing! I am baffled. Haha. We just found ours following this tutorial. I feel like we just discovered a special ancient text not meant for my plebeian eyes. Sadly, it doesn't have what I was looking for in it, but getting to this point was half the battle. Thank you!

I just went from the bottom and grabbed the manual. Took a little prying but if you do not have tools it was easy.

This video was a life-saver! Thank you so much. If you want the full story: My washer was not filling. Following your video, I.opened it up, grabbed the service manual (thanks for uploading that too), and found that the cold water valve is not opening. Tried swapping hoses, swapping solenoids, tested water pressure, and checked all the voltages and resistances, but that cold valve will not open. It's probably gunked up. Time to source a replacement valve.

Yes! I have the exact same model, I've been looking all over for my manual! I'm trying to diagnose why my washer isn't draining all the way. -(Clothes keep coming out really wet). After watching your other videos it makes sense now that I probably just need to replace my hub, as the wash plate agitator is turning just like yours. I can hold the tub and turn the agitator by hand with a little force.

Watching your videos really helps me Thank you so much.
My washer is not draining at all, I did the code like you done in one of your videos and it is F9E1 so its a clogged pump or need a new drain pump. Please make more videos. Again thank you so much.

Thank God for you! Really hoping you can answer my question. I have the WTW5000DW1 model washer and don't have the service manual in my possession. My washer goes from sensing to wash then just stops. I was hoping you could point me in the right direction. Thank you sir and I can't wait to be indeed be freeindeed!

I have not personally had that problem yet. You may want to make sure your RED LOCKED light stays on, from what I have read if your lid lock is not working the machine will not go into the wash cycle.
Here is a video link from my channel ruclips.net/video/_N_YCSNziXc/видео.html for "Whirlpool WTW5000DW0 Service Technician Manual" It shows each page of the manual for 5 seconds each. Parts of it are a little hard to read.
Here is a video link from my channel ruclips.net/video/uZla37vqQ3Q/видео.html for "Whirlpool WTW5000DW0 How To Check Codes". If you visit my channel there are also videos on How to do "Automatic Test Mode" and "Calibration Mode".
Hope this helps Have a good day.

Very interesting - thank you for your video.
I have the wtw5000dw1 and have the broken latch issue - is hard to find replacements for that part today (found 1 on Amazon, all other places did not have it available anymore).
With Service manual I can at least verify if there are other issues with my washer now.
    Thank you :)

I was looking everywhere online to find the service manual without paying $10 to $16 for it. None of the other videos showed it was inside the washing machine! Thank you!

Why not just post where the actual manual can be downloaded? Why do I have to tear my machine apart to get to one? PLEASE post a PDF of the manual or tell us where ON THE INTERNET we can download it. Thanks

Answers to your questions. (1) Because, I haven't found where it is on the intranet. (2) Because, that is where the manufacturer put the manual.
I have no idea where you can download it, but I do have a video of pictures of the manual that is hard to read on small screen devices. Here is the link ruclips.net/video/_N_YCSNziXc/видео.html
That is all I have for you, best of luck, Have a good day.

Hi - so your videos for this exact washer have been extremely helpful in my venture to repair my washer myself. Since the beginning of January, when my washer failed in "drying" my clothes, I discovered it was the hub that needed to be replaced thanks to your video. So I replaced the hub... clothes began to go through the spin cycle and things were once again "dry". HOWEVER, next up was replacing the suspension because the basket "bounced" when I pressed on the insides and I thought this was related to its noisy spin cycle. Replaced the suspension and discovered one of the caps indeed was broken. The spin cycle was still a bit on the wild side, so I replaced the belt. Good thing too, there was quite the difference in belt size once I compared the 2. Except for my machine STILL sounds like a jet engine when it is going through the end stages of the spin cycle and bounces around; I've adjusted the leveling legs as needed also. There are no codes being thrown and I have been meticulous about spreading the laundry around the basket evenly and not overloading it (which is what started all this in the first place.) I would like to try one last repair before I call in reinforcements and I am thinking it could be the "washer drive pulley"... HELP!?

Thank you for the compliment. Now I can always review your input if I have more problems with my machine. Hopefully everything goes well with the driver pulley. Thanks for watching and have a good day.
