Now what if your top loader still has water where the clothes are? That’s my problem. The top is locked and won’t unlatch
That’s the problem I’m having. Mine is a top loader and did the same exact thing. I left it unplugged and it just eventually unlocked but I’m gonna have to scoop the water out before I try this repair.
How long did it take to unlock when unplugged?
@Lifeis I called whirlpool and they told me that it should only take 1 minute left unplugged and it should reset to unlock.
You can use the drain hose attached to the washer to siphon the water out into a bucket
