Hi you mentioned the amount of light going in affect the DOF. So is it right to say the amount of bokeh than rendered from the DOF is dependent on lighting conditions?
The reason I ask this is because sometimes my RF 50 f1.2 shot wide open performs bokeh like a 85 f1.2 and sometimes it renders bokeh as if shot at f2.8 while being shot at f1.2.

It should be on the front of the lens when the lens is looking at you. The diameter should be there.

Great video, I understood this better than other videos…just one question, I’m going on a cruise and it’s usually really bright, but I like how the cpl makes colors pop but I wonder will it be enough if the sun is too bright…I usually film b roll and some of myself talking; vlog+film type

Really helpful video! Few questions, just picked up a GH5. Definitely need both I think, would you recommend buying them individually or a filter that does both in one? Also, do you use them together on top of each other? And therefore, does the polariser go on top of the ND filter when used together?

    • @ZdenkaDarula
      @ZdenkaDarula  4 года назад

I would say start with VND first and then get polarizer if you find you need it..., enjoy 😊📸🎥🎬

Can you use the two lenses at the same time eg. lake and waterfalls cutting reflections and also light for slower shutter speed for blur effect.
Shall I first put ND on my lens and Polarizer on the ND ?

Hi Zdenka on my iPhone 11 Pro, I want to vlog indoors and outdoors and get the film look and sometimes film water and reduce glare, would I be better getting Sandmarc hybrid or single variable ND & PL?
Polarizer lens were too tricky to get on fast. I like the clip Sandmarc has. I don’t think any company has an ND you can put on and then a polarizer you can also screw on top of it as needed.

    • @ZdenkaDarula

Yes you can normally always just screw them on top of each other

Ahoy! Thank you for this and all other movies. I have one more question, is there any filter which will reduce flares on iPhone lenses? When you taking video(or photo but video is more demanding and harder to reedit and remove flares) against sun iPhone (and other phones as well) lenses casing horrible sun/lamps reflections/flares. Is there any filter to reduce or eliminate them? Thank you once more! You are doing a great job!

    Hi, excellent explanation 👌
May I ask you which brand of filters and step up ring you use?
My largest lens has a thread size diameter of 82mm and thus I have bought PolarPro CPL filter of 82mm diameter. However I am having a hard finding a brass 43-82 mm step up ring to be used with my Canon EF-M 22mm which has a thread size diameter of 43mm. Would you have a suitable recommendation?
    Thanks

Hi Emmanuel, ... if you look below the video, where is description, I listed all filters and links to them... I usually don't use specific brand. I always go with pricing "happy middle"... not to cheap and not too expensive... lol... So far I have been pretty happy with them. As far as such step up right you are describing... I am not sure... unfortunately... 🌞📸📽

I want to know if Incan stack ND filter and CPL filter together. And can they both be of same filter thread? Or must one be of higher thread size to fit.
