Petra has to be the best Christian band ever. All their songs are straight forward. You don't have to decipher what they are trying to say, and the messeges are so powerful. LOVE these guys! I call them the Fab Five :)
I believe you have to be 41 years old or better to truly understand how good Petra was. They were the understandable version of heavy Christian rock in the 1980's. The music and lyrics were inspiring to a generation that was just really breaking out from the standard version of Christian worship that most people perceived was always the norm. That is dull and boring. Petra had been around since the early 1970's, 1980's they went big. They proved worshiping God is an awesome experience. Why not!

hi bro i took your invitation to check your videos,i did and your songs sound so good,but quickly felt disapoited bout the song "can´t you see" i check out the lyrics and i understand of a man leaving his woman something like divorce,thats what i understood,i can´t understan why christian bands do covers,i think there´s no need to do it,i was a fan of stryper for many years and really really they disapointed me with the covering,please brothers take this in mind,keep focused in Jesus,GBY
