Thanks for this video and you played it so nicely. I have only play guitar for 6 months. It is not easy for me to play the part at 0:22. My pinky always touches the 4th string when playing the 4-2-0-(2,5)-4 sequence, it is hard to get clear notes on those. Also my fingers are not changing fast enough. Will need to practice a lot more. Wonder if others are having the same issue I have.

At 0:52, I tried so many times but the outcome is not the same as yours. Yours is matching the original song and nice but mine is totally off. What does the smaller 0 mean? So for this sequence
0-oh(1,0), my interpretation is that I need to plug the 2nd string open fret, plug it again, then hammer on 1 fret of the 2nd string. However, seems impossible to hit the 5th string at the same time as it is a hammer on.
Or could it be I that need to plug the 2nd string open fret, follow by open fret on 2nd and 5th, then hammer on 1 fret of 2nd string?
It is the grace note notation that makes it look weird. The correct way is: play both open 2nd and 5th strings together, then immediately hammer-on on 2nd string 1st fret.

Maybe you try to play without the grace note (small-sized note) at first. After you get the rhythm, then squeeze in that grace note.

Is this a kind of fingerstyle?
From Wikipedia: Fingerstyle guitar is the technique of playing the guitar or bass guitar by plucking the strings directly with the fingertips, fingernails, or picks attached to fingers, as opposed to flatpicking (plucking individual notes with a single plectrum, commonly called a "pick").
There many different ways of playing fingerstyle guitar: 1) using alternate open tuning, 2) adding lots of percussive effects, 3) adding special techniques (left-hand tapping, slap harmonics, palm muting, etc). My style is close to classical guitar style, usually standard tuning, with a little (not overwhelming) special effects. I like to imitate the sounds according to the original soundtrack, including the accompanied instruments part (e.g. violin, keyboard, wind instruments parts) into my arrangements.
