What is the difference between the upper tab and the lower one?

The upper score is standard notation, which shows the pitch of sound and the length of each sound (notes). The lower one is tablature (TAB), it shows which string and which fret you should play. Here are some easy example: m.ruclips.net/video/OLBkakkJBsI/видео.html
