@@hitek9too255 Probably '99, the biggest reason is in '04 the cars have a lot more oversteer, the difference is pretty much day and night as I've found out.

Funny how there was barely any graphical improvement for the ps1 past nascar 2000. All the succeeding nascar/thunder games look pretty much the same, especially HUD-wise! Completely different from the Thunder games on next-gen consoles.
