    Fair warning to anyone with kids that is thinking about moving here, your kids will be zoned for the fairview school system, not the good ones in franklin.
    also the marathon across the street from the rec center serves a delicious breakfast and lunch, affordable too!

    We actually considered it. We drive there enough to eat at Jeffersons. HOWEVER! It is getting built up way too fast by the greedy developers and real estate people. A friend that's lived there a good deal of his life feels the same way. So we will look for a smaller town in TN.

    If you have kids, and you let them network with Fairview kids over Franklin High! you are ruining their lives. They wont let you transfer either. I dropped out senior year that school was so awful they signed me up for the wrong courses!

    Beautiful, but absolutely unaffordable. Who are the people buying these homes, especially this day and age with the way the economy is right now. :(

      The California invaders are! That's why housing prices are no longer affordable for locals!! Along with increasing property taxes

      Markets going to come back to reality. Anyone gassing up this economy or the nashville market is 100% a realtor and their income is directly tied to this. Wait 2 years, you'll be able to get stuff 40-50% off from today's highs.

    What about apartments? People are downsizing not buying right now.

      Realtors don't make money on apartments why would anyone bother advertising them.

    • @kattykakes8135
      @kattykakes8135 Год назад

      @@Linda-ic1il because you have to roll with the times. It just came out today census bureau reports 40% of Americans cannot afford their monthly bills. If a realtor would admit that - you know, money comes and money goes. Perhaps the family needing affordable apartment locator information now will be in the market in a few years to buy a house. A realtor that helped in hard times will be remembered. A realtor just looking for more money because - house - won’t be likely to be remembered or recommended to anyone else who might currently be looking to buy either. 💁🏻‍♀️

      @@movingtonashvilletn is there a list available giving names of apartment complexes as well as realtor companies that guide those having to maneuver to find good Section 8 housing? THDA is of little help. It’s sad when I’m now in this position for the first time in my life.
      I’ve previously owned 8 homes all over the US, one was custom built. That’s why I said money comes and money goes. It’s difficult. Any help or guidance in a direction that will lead to the best I can find is appreciated. I’m not used to being suddenly poor!

    Please don't send anyone here. It's a tiny place with way too much traffic. The streets are not designed for the amount of people that have moved here.
