Im from south Florida where all the homes ara made of concrete, One of my concerns is that I see many wooden houses, and they seem so fragile, I also see some brick houses that seem more solid, 🤷
I I've done a lot of research so far on Knoxville but can always learn more of course and eventually would love to move there in the near future. Is there any live rock music out their at all? I would like to end up no more than 20 minutes outside of downtown Knoxville. Preferably East and cheaper housing...... Are there any cities or neighborhoods you can recommend fitting that description?
really depends on what you're looking for. Believe it or not, you can end up in very different areas with that range. 20 minutes could be a neighborhood or more "rural" farm land. West Hill has a lot of nice homes and the Karns area is really growing too!
Great question! Unfortunately many Tennessee cities are still behind the ball in terms of public transportation. Knoxville does have a public transportation system that you can download an app where you can map out your routes. katbus.com/

I'm from southwest Florida, and I'm looking at East Tennessee. Though I'll definitely have an apartment there first before finding a house.

Hi Do they get Tornados in Knox? Thanks
How about Murfreesboro
She covers that in other videos
I have some great videos on my channel about Murfreesboro but I'm also happy to answer any questions you have about Murfreesboro here.
I am planning on moving there next year. I can’t drive. Is the transportation reliable in town?
