I lived on the road. Worked all across America. Recently took a position as a designer and can work remotely. I’ll need to rent for at least a year before I buy. Need a 2br minimum with a fenced backyard for my girl Staffy ( she runs the show ). I’ll need this in about six weeks max. Until then I stay in hotels. Do you have available rentals in the higher elevations away from the city but with excellent internet ? Can you send contact information ? Website maybe ? Thanks for the information it was indeed helpful.
Hello I am looking to relocate to nearby Nashville Tennessee this time next year with my family. I would love some advice on what town is affordable and safe to move to along with good high school and college. I look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you
Hi there! Congrats on your upcoming move! There are a lot of great cities in the great Nashville area. Murfreesboro, Mount Juliet, Smyrna, Lebanon, and Spring Hill would be top recommendations. Let me know if you would like to talk more about these areas!
I'm looking for 1 acre of rural land somewhere 3540 minutes outside of Chattanooga and I just want to put my own little house on it build it myself put a fence around it start a Christian scooter club and Ride Scooters and you know get down with Jesus
CA refugee here since 2020. I only have 3 disagreements. “Traffic” is laughable here if you’ve ever spent anytime on the 91 or 405. Dining out is awful for the most part. Way over priced for mediocre food. Finally, don’t see rock city or ruby falls. Boring, pointless tourist traps that are a waste of money. If you’re a 30 something with small kids and spend most nights eating at home and watching a movie as a family, you can’t find a better place. As for crime, like most cities, avoid the old neighborhoods.
I’m near Los Angeles now. I’m moving to either Texas or Tennessee. I like Tennessee better. I just hope to land a good job/career. That’s 405 ain’t no joke.
I only want to take issue with one thing you said. Rock City is definitely worth a visit if you come with the right expectations. I think sometimes people come expecting it to be some kind of nature preserve and walk away disappointed. Rock City is more like if a magical elf village on the mountain that's seemingly been reclaimed by nature. If you come expecting nothing or expecting a themed experience then it's fantastic. But if you come expecting a state park you'll come away either confused or thinking it's a tasteless experience. I personally love it but I'm also someone who loves Renaissance Festivals so that gives you some insight into my preferences.
Wonderful video❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

What are the crimes? I heard about the crime. Still want to check it out as we would need 5 acres😊
I am not moving to Tennessee now because of all the bad tornadoes.
Hi Brenna, what parts of Nashville are more prone to Tornados?
North of Nashville vs East Nashville
The crime is not near as bad as anywhere in California!
