We’re planning on moving from NY to TN and have been looking at Chattanooga ! We’ll definitely be contacting you when we come to visit in the spring to pick your brain on relocating and which town would fit us best :)
I live in Miami and my girlfriend and I plan to move to Chattanooga and when you compared the traffic to Miami to there it was a big sigh of relief lol!
My cousin lives on Signal Mountain in Chattanooga is at the bottom of the mountain and that place is a cesspool shootings every night illegals everywhere I think about it I'm staying in Northwest Florida Bama
After living on Miami pretty much every where else is better lol I left and now live in Naples FL feels like paradise although the heat in FL is definitely not for everyone unless you want summer all year long.
Chattanooga Tennessee is growing fast, all the open space is being filled with houses, apartments and new building. It is losing some of that small town charm, plus the crime rate is a little higher, other than that, I love it. Also, it is not for people with allergies or breathing problems. There are a lot of pollens here.
You should include catoosa county in Georgia, its basically chattanooga. I am 60years old and chattanooga born and raised, moved from hixson to catoosa county 35 years ago for better schools. I always call chattanooga home. Also mentioned civil war history
Could you make a video talking about buying land and building in neighborhoods that have restrictive covenants? How strict? What they are really like dealing with? I personally understand keeping property values up, but just curious, notice a good bit of regulations on building in and around the city?
There are definitely a good bit of regulations in Hamilton County. Once you step outside into Bradley County, Sequatchie, Marion, it becomes a little less restrictive. Give me a call (423) 248-2101
Hoping to move from Tallahassee FL, to Chattanooga in August! I’m a single nurse in my 20s hoping to find a safer and affordable spot! Any recommendations? I’m not looking to buy a home
There are couple spots during rush hour - the bend on i24, where i24 meets i75, the ridge on i75 between Ooltewah and Cleveland. Chattanooga is not very big, so you're not sitting in traffic for very long depending on where you live. It's not bad compared to Knoxville and Nashville
Hi I'm im also in Florida but was liking Chattanooga to live however I heard of the influxuation of migrants there and get very concern. You haven't cover the crime rate will you do so in another video? Thank you
My cousin lives on Signal Mountain and she don't even like going down there to Chattanooga the shootings every single day and night and there's immigrants and illegals everywhere it's horrid I advise against it Signal Mountain is nice but she doesn't even like leaving the mountain

I lived in Nashville 2002-2016. I loved it! However it grew too much, became too expensive, and now I think Chattanooga is a better place to live.
@@JNeil1975 give me a call!
Very comprehensive video thank you!
Do you have videos about crime rates and neighborhoods to avoid?

Can you live in Chattanooga without a car? How is the healthcare there?
Best websites for Apt/ condo rentals by owner?

Or unrestricted for businesses
So there is a project to spoil your beautiful landscape with three highrises ? By the way: Chattanooga looks like Bonn in Germany.
