I’m 73 and started resistance band workouts a couple of months ago, 1 hour per day 5 days a week. I’m seeing results but not like I did in my 30’s. Not wanting the 25 year old girls to chase me down the beach just trying to fill out the wrinkled skin with muscle.😊

I live in the uk, we are the same age and you are so much like me, I've been training 43 years and still have a passion for it, but discovered in my fifties as you get older you have to train smart, recovery for me is a noticeable thing, like you said recovery is as important as the training and diet, hopefully I'll still be training when I'm in my 70s, thanks for the vid, follow your channel regularly.

I’m a 60 year old female. I do the same exercises as males-maybe not as heavy but I push myself.
You also need to work in balance exercises.

Hey Mark. I really appreciated this video. VERY ENCOURAGING. You have been so kind to respond to a couple emails I have sent in the past so I have decided to try YOUR supplements, specifically, Anabolic Reload, and Shred. But, just so you know, I was taking another brand before that did give me "positive" results. I know that because I took blood tests before, and after 3 months later. I will do the same blood tests with your product. I HOPE your products give me the same or better results. I would "prefer" to support you and your products simply because I appreciate the "FREE" info you do give. But at the end of the day, and I believe you would agree, I have to go with what works BEST for me. BLessings.

64 5'10 170. No supplements...just plenty of meat. Each body part once a week. Abs a little everyday. It's not hard to get your protein in everyday when eating meat and eggs and I drink milk too. It's not hard , you don't need protein powder or protein bars.

I would be interested in receiving purchasing your six day workout. I’m a 63-year-old long time lifter seems to be stalling out a little bit now.

Honestly, we don’t need nearly as much protein as these fitness guys claim. I wish the misinformation would stop.

You neglected to mention that competitive bodybuilders cut down to UNHEALTHY levels of body fat to look like they do on stage. And this comes with many unhealthy side effects, both physical and mental. No one can stay that cut year round and, quite frankly, survive. It is better for men to maintain 12% - 15% year round for optimal health.

I hope what i read recently is fake news! I read more testosterone means less hair at this age?? I read from a few different sources (i would question reliability of the sources but its planted a seed of doubt in my mind) that increases in testosterone can promote hair loss and treatments for hair loss include supplements to inhibit testosterone production. Could you comment about this please?

Is there any sensible program for elderly people (i am 62) ? What 6 training sessions a week? Is that a joke? We are not all fitness fanatics.
