hello, i try to adjust my 250TE 2012, because at low rpm, if i play a little with the throttle, the engine stop bruttaly (no problem after). I have the same Mikuni, and the voltage of the TPS give me 0.99V. Do you know the manufactury voltage ?

Thanks for the video. I found that screw on my bike was so open that the plate wasn't even touching it at no throttle causing the butterfly to jam in the throttle body, and then it would jerk when opening the throttle.. It needed to be screwed in a whole 1/8 inch just to touch.

What is TPS and where do i mesure the voltage? Im a engine mechanic on heavy equipment, but not used to cdi or variable volt sensors😅 We have put ish 40 hours in the bike, and fixed alot, but cant get the Fucker to start. Only a backfire once in a while🙈 Its a 510 2010

    Thanks for the video!
I have a Husqvarna 450 TE from 2008, who's not starting without throttle, and when it's starting is misfiring with bang and flames!
The spark is all black and sometimes wet.
    Could it be the TPS?
Are you kind, also, to tell me the values for the TPS with throttle at the max and min.?
Thanks a lot for your support! ;)

At 2:50 how should turning that screw effect the wide open thottle reading without setting it to zero?! That should only be posible if i turn the screw and set tps to zero. Like, on the hard stop it reads 0% full T 100% then turn the screw in, lets say to 10% tps reading, then set tps to 0 if now the throttle is full open it should read 110%.
