My thought are the stealth belt runs smaller than they reccomend for size. I am a 38 waist, bought a 42 per their sizing and it is a bit too tight. Perfect product for what I want to do for fun. Keep on moving!!
Thanks for sharing that! Have you seen the Hybrid Stealth Belt? It should offer more protection without being bulky like a stoma guard. Either way, do what you feel comfortable with.
I just got my stoma 2 weeks ago. So I'm totally in the learning curve. Those pouches look great. But I'm worried thant having a tight fit on the stoma would block the flow and poop would "ooze" all around the opening. Please advise.
You are right to have some concern. If your output is loose or liquid, then it's usually not a problem. If you have thicker output then you'll want to make sure that you aren't getting something too tight. Many products like this are stretchy, but even that doesn't guarantee it won't be too tight. Measure according to the manufacturer's recommendations and monitor things when you first try something new. Best of luck with everything 😁
Looking for guidance, I have a stoma fistula on either side of my stomach Looking for something that will fit both? Or give support to the stomach bag and also allow space for the smaller fistula. Open to ideas.

Hey Paul. I haven't used that belt, but does it have a hole in it or does it cover the appliance? If it has a hole and you get leaks, the hole might not be sized properly for your appliance. If it does not have a hole, then it may be creating a barrier that pushes the output back towards your skin, rather than flow down inside the bag.

Yes! Some manufacturers offer products for two stomas and many will custom make their existing products to suit two stomas! Depending on where you live and what specific type of product you're looking for, it shouldn't be too difficult to get your hands on them.

I'm new to this but think a support would be more comfortable. I find by the end of the day the area around my stoma becomes very uncomfortable.
I like support products, but don't wear them all the time. You'll get to know what works for you. Just give it some time 😉

I have a Stealth Belt pro and my zipper just broke I’ve only had it less than a year.
That's a shame, but zippers should be easy to fix. Give StealthBelt a shout and see what your options are.

My father had an urostomy but with two stoma bags... is there a special belt for that?
