I hope you keep these somewhere, if not in your grimoire. As simple as they seem now, there is so much nostalgia in our early pages, much like our artwork from childhood. Thank you for sharing, even the white sage; there is so much dignity in changing your mind ❤

I completely agree, and definitely will!! Just not in with everything else lol. I have a memory box that I will be adding them too 🥰

Thank you for sharing these pages and why they no longer resonate. It is important to reflect on the things that do not have the same impact on our lives and in our practice. I would love to see your Florida wheel of the year! It is difficult to connect with seasons since Florida does not have clear temperature changes.

Thank you for watching ❤️ I’m so happy this resonated with you!! I have two videos already out that may help you, they are “Building my own wheel of the year” and “Connecting to the land you live on” or something along those lines. They’ll point you in the right direction!!

Thank you for sharing this! Many practitioners are uncomfortable showing their grimoires, especially if it's parts they no longer connect with. This reminds me that I want to make a new grimoire too. The problem, for me, is perfectionism. I want my grimoire to be hardbound and beautiful and have no mistakes and nothing I no longer resonate with, even though I know I can't have all those things at once. I've often started making a grimoire, just to get discouraged the first time I make a mistake, or wish that I had put things in a different order. After twenty years of practice, my own "complete" grimoire is a tiny pocket Moleskine, which looks good and has very few errors, but it was very brief and I no longer resonate with half of what I wrote. I know that using a binder would solve a lot of my problems, but everything about these binders feels intensely un-magical to me.

I totally feel you on the perfection aspect! That’s why I love working within a binder, it’s easy to take out pieces and adjust. I plan to use this one going forward as a more temporary grimoire, and once things have become tried and true for me I’ll transfer them into a “forever grimoire”. Maybe you could do something along those lines too!

I just wanted to add about white sage: garden sage is a good alternative. Also rosemary can be used also. I alternate sage and rosemary bundles to clear my spaces. Loved the video 💛

Thank you! Yes garden sage is perfectly fine to use. I personally use it a lot in kitchen witchcraft because I love the taste!

I wish I kept the old stuff from when I started my path, it was a cringy book but shows how far I've come. Thank you for sharing this with us all I feel inspired to go sort through my old books.

Thanks for sharing! It’s always interesting to go back through old notes and see how much your practice has changed over time. I’d love to see a video about how you came up with personalized names for the full moons. I’ve been trying to do that for quite a while but don’t really know how to come up with or decode on the names.

Algonquin tribal moon names reflected their lives. There are other moon names and other astrology names in different cultures. I fully support creating your own moon names, constellation stories, whatever feels best for you.👍🏻
