I have super dry, eczema, sensitive skin.. My skin would freak out if I don’t clean when I wake up.
I have to fill taxes for next year because I won money from my winnings at the casino. 😩 I wish I let them took everything out.
Also, here in the Midwest it’s still cold. That too and why I have to use oils etc day and night.

Hydrating your scalp with a serum (the scalp is skin, so use skincare products but without hyaluronic acid as you'd have to use a moisturizer on top and you simply shouldn't use a moisturizer in your scalp on a daily. Look for ingredients like ceramides, centella asiatica, polyglutamic acid, beta glucan, n-acetyl dipalmitate, glycerin... those are great ones for the skin) and in the ends with a leave on conditioner.
If you use hair gel, reduce how much you use.
Don't always pull you hair backwards with hairstyles, let your roots relax or it could give you traction alopecia (is reversible). Do like low buns or twists once in a while and just wait. Hair doesn't grow 2 feet a year. And if you have curly hair, it will grow, you just won't notice it right away.
Stress could make your hair fall or give you white hairs in the front (that could go away in like 2 weeks if you relax).
If you have dry ass scalp like mine eat some chia seeds, they have omega 3, 6, and 9 and are great for the skin.
If you take care of your skin your hair will grow healthy.

I never color, never perm, usually only braid, big braid, ,but less processing is best. Go natural. No products except shampoo, conditioner, and gel. My hair tickles my butt. You might appreciate a multipack of washcloths for face. Clean every time. Drop in wash. Bacteria dies.has This has workedfor me. I'm 46. You inspire me. God bless you. Get like a 20 pack of wash cloths for like ten dollars. Or twenty.just get a pack and never need to buy disposables gain. It's like $20 forever. Mybe $30-$40 with this outrgeous Biden administration inflation.
