    That is such a great camper. I have always HATED dinettes. That couch looks like a great place to put your feet up and read a good book or watch some videos.

    Just saw your truck camper at rv show in Raleigh. My favorite truck camper so far to date, and own a cirrus 820 ha. One small tweak, is the sink is very small and shallow, but that's nitpicking, everywhere else yall hit the mark. Love the exterior storage shed for generator, fuel etc and floor plan the most

    I love the camper but it's too heavy for my 2500. Just dreaming, I wonder how much it would weigh if it was made out of composite panels. It would have much better insulation too, the composite panels have r12 insulation with no extra insulation.

    Is there a door to enter the shower/toilet? It seems like it is an open area with only a curtain serving as privacy. I saw a door on your new dry bath option but it didn't seem to go all the way to the ceiling.

    • @kingstarcompany5621
      @kingstarcompany5621  2 года назад

      That is correct, only a privacy door on the dry bath and theres approximately a 6” gap from door to ceiling.

    I really like the look of this, but my concern is wood-rot occurring over time because all RV's, trailers and truck campers leak. Also, do you use multiple lithium batteries & solar panels along with a powerful inverter to supplement the generator? And finally, can the camper already have the wiring and equipment that's needed to charge the camper batteries from a truck's second alternator? When I do purchase a truck camper, it would be for four season full-time living.

    • @kingstarcompany5621
      @kingstarcompany5621  3 года назад +2

      Hello, so sorry for a late reply.
      Yes, we use 3 100Ah Battle Born Lithium batteries with a 300 watt or 600 watt Zamp solar package along with a 3k watt Victron inverter.
      The camper is wired with a 7 pin plug but if you wanted a DC to DC charger coming off the truck for maximum charge that would be something you’d need to do or have done.
      Our campers have a R10 value do to the closed cell insulation we use.
      If you are able to make it to the factory, that would be the best way to resolve your concerns of leaking. You’d be able to see our stainless steel roof system, how it’s fabricated and installed.
      They perform well in winter conditions. Thank you for your questions and interest!

    It is not a hot water heater . If you had hot water you wouldn't have to heat it . It is a water heater !!

    • @chucknSC
      @chucknSC 2 года назад

      Since hot is a relative word, How hot does it have to be before you wouldn’t need to heat hot water? I’ve had hot water at 100 degrees but it still needed to go thru a hot water heater. In our house we have two water heaters that are fed hot water from a centralwater heater, so they are hot water heaters. Most commercial dishwashers use a booster as a hot water heater, heating the hot water an additional 40 degrees.
