@@GatorChris_ While I agree that it's nice to watch, I really dont know what petting does for an alligator. I assume that they might not feel much of it but I am thinking it might also be annoying to them. Cant really ask em I guess, although I've seen people get clipped for doing that especially by crocs. What do you think alligators reaction to petting actually is? I know people say that Casper looks like he enjoys it lol, I doubt it tho.

You MUST keep him in full supply of corn!! 😂😂😂 Gabby really shows how much he means to her; even though she only worked with him for 4 months several years ago. We DEFINITELY NEED Lil Dude merch! Bella is very quickly becoming , not only one of my very favourite feisty female crocodilia , but also one of my all-time favourite , regardless of age,sex,or species, crocodilia, in general, in the whole world ! ! ! I absolutely adore her learning her boundaries ! You can really see her cudgeling her brain as to what Chris means by his various moves , vocal tone ,praise and reward ! It's wonderful to see in both her and Akila. I love her trying to ' will ' Chris into giving her some food ! She really is hilarious ,still hissing, but she looks so cute whilst doing it.

I love the sound she makes when she chomps down it's like a hollow sound. His is different but also sounds cool.
I had the subtitles on and while you were feeding the foxes it said [music]… it was the crickets 😄! Zazu was so cute 😊. And Poppy and Coco fighting for pets. The little piggies with their nice new shelter running for the produce but still eating together. And the coaties and Littl’ dude 😍! These vlogs are so calming - it’s like therapy! Thank you so much for everything you are doing for the animals and for doing the vlogs! I know they are a lot of additional work.
The sound of both Big Mac and Bella when they close their jaws after being given something to eat is yes scary powerful and clearly shows how much jaw pressure these beautiful beautiful animals actually have.

Thanks for another long vlog. I could watch this channel for hours. Bella and Big Mac are really coming along nicely in their training. Zazoo is so cute. He doesnt get enough air time. You gotta let the Prarie Dogs climb you Chris. They are showing their love for you!! 😊..the Cuatis are soooooo cute! Missed my Asami in this one and no tadpool but I guess you cant put everyone in the video. I hope Olaf's echo turns out ok. You guys are amazing wonderful people. I wish I could support you guys more financially then I do. I try though.

I love seeing the food enrichment with the animals and all the training you do daily with a lot of the animals. Taking your time to check them out and care for them so well. it is so fun to see what food item things they choose and go wild over. Loved Jumunji the tortoise chasing you off for better than hay treats. Blessings.

I am studying the differences between the Crocodiles and Alligators. Fascinating... I often wonder why they can not successfully mate and produce offspring but the reasons go much further than skin deep obviously. I did find out when they bellow they go into H.O.T.A posturing “head" oblique tail arched” (HOTA) posture.
Apex predators have always had my interest above other types of species. That is why I now have a Chihuahua. 😂😅😊 Actually she isn't even an ankle biter. 😊 Any way your crocodilian training is my fav part of your vlogs oh and your Toucan attacks. 😅 J/k

Chris, I love the alligator training. I never get tired of hearing the jaw pops. It’s an awesome sound, as long as there’s no body part involved. 😉 I didn’t realize farm pigs can weigh 1,000 pounds. I always learn something from you and Gabby. Sometimes I think Hazel is bi-polar. 😂 Good luck with Olaf’s echocardiogram. He’s a sweetheart. Hugs to all the animals from Tennessee.

I’d think the algae in the pool would be too slippery for bare feet, I would get some of those swim shoes. You and Gabby should put them on your wish list and put the size you wear.

Bella still hunts you I see…it’s like she feels obliged to do it. She’s better than she was…amazing what ya’ll have accomplished. Big Mac is getting a bit feisty himself…good to see him engaging in more normal behavior. He’s still a calm boy, though. It’s the attack of the prairie dogs…their tummies are so round and cute! Tomato seeds sprout like crazy…also peppers. Little Dude is a trip! I like the way he rattles his quills. Cole is just so beautiful and showing all the gurls how to be self-confident, lol. I’m very impressed with how disciplined you are about the number of animals you take…so many folks end up going from the right number to overwhelmed to basically a hoarding situation. I know it’s not easy to refuse an animal in severe need…

Hi Chris, quick question: Is it possible that with training and time, Big Mac could be come as approachable as Casper? I mean in the sense that you would feel comfortable getting your face close to him and hugging him, like you do with Casper. Or does this depend more on the gator’s temperament/personality rather than on training/time?

Alligator jumped up and almost bit my face off. I don't remember seeing anything. I just heard the snap of the jaw and saw the alligator land back in the water...

This is all so wonderful! Thank you for sharing your life building the sanctuary and caring for all the animals. Just one question. Doesn't Jumanji care for fresh fruit or vegetables? I guess not. It is wonderful to see how much all the other animals enjoy the treats.
just out of curiosity what would happen if you put Bella and Akila in the same inclosure? or mix a croc and gator in general. is there extra precaution?

I was wondering if Jellybean the tucan when he gets staby is looking at your fingers, or his reflection in the bowl? I was watching a tucan channel and he said his tucans loved to look at themselves in the mirror and then I think get territorial and attack that strange bird in the mirror lol so I was thinking since they are territorial that maybe he's aiming to defend against his reflection in the bowl and gets your fingers bc they are in the way....? What do you think? @Chris and Gaby

If you have bullfrog tadpoles, it's gonna be a year.
Do y'all ever have problems with Ants inside the enclosures? I feed birds, and some Rabits that have started to show up, and I don't know how to stop the ants from getting to the food. Is there even a way to stop them? I use Ant killer, but only on certain places where the birds and rabbits don't go near.
So, you have a lot of tadpoles, they become frogs, do you have any issues with frogs in other parts of the sanctuary, or do birds and other creatures get them, or they go into the trees and away from your land?
How much food do you have stocked up for the animals in case a hurricane passes through and closes down the roads/stores?

It is not open to the public yet, which is why they are not sharing the address at this time.
