If I'm being honest, James gunn's announcement was a bit meh to me, I enjoy that he's rebooting superman, giving us a batman & Robin movie, the green lantern TV series & the wonder woman prequel series. The other series/films felt meh/disappointing but at least he hasn't revealed everything, I suppose he might be waiting on seeing how these last DCEU movies do before announcing more. I'm glad that the video games will still have elseworlds as that will still give studio's their own creativity for the characters, like what insomniac has done with Spider-man. Another great video btw 👍

Hey man, I hope you've been well.
Haven't been checking out youtube that much (all that flood happening in my home city not to mention work getting crazy these days), but finally got to check out your live stream (even though late).
Congrats to starting your own Superhero game.
Regarding this video itself, I must say I'm very skeptic;
- Gunn and Safran have been saying it can be very possible that he keeps around Jason for Aquaman, Zachari as Shazam, Gal as Wonder Woman, and Ezra as the Flash, but they're saying Henry's is not their Superman?
I mean, not like I loved every single Snyder DC film, but given they're keeping the whole Elseworld banner and films underneath it (The Batman, Joker and others etc), why not just keep Cavill as an Elseworlds Superman and continue his films there (while keeping their own DCU Superman)? I think that would have been a better choice rather than upsetting people who like Cavill's Superman.
- Regarding Batman and Damian, not the biggest fan of Damian, but why age up Batman (at least 10+ years, enough to be veteran), whereas having their Superman be relatively younger?
I never really understood this decision even back in Snyderverse (with how Affleck and Cavill being likely Affleck's Bats being a lot older than Cavill's Supes), and it still kinda baffles me a bit seeing it happen again.
I mean, if they don't want to do younger Batman due to Matt Reeves doing it, why not just apply the same for Superman as well?
Have an older, more experienced Superman instead of young Superman who's still finding his ways (even if it's not Cavill).
I dunno, none of what they announce really piqued my interest. Perhaps I might be proven wrong when they release trailers somewhere down the line, but at this moment, I'm feeling pretty mixed about this all.
