I remember my first Dr Bland lecture in 1993 where he talked about biochemistry and gut health. What stands out as a memory is how brilliant and kind he was and the photo of the large intestine of a man who died with schizophrenia. All these years later, he's still teaching and I'm still learning. Gratitude.

Naturopathic Doctors in the United States and other countries have held these principles at the center of their medical school curriculum and in their practices for many decades before Functional Medicine was formed as a movement and many of us have joined forces with functional medicine practitioners to advance these principles and practices. There have been hundreds of medically trained naturopathic doctors carrying these ancient principles into the modern age. You're Welcome.😏

Sounds like acknowledgement of functional medicine, while showing that natureopathic medicine includes the education, of what functional medicine is now demonstrating as basic scientific educatuion, in treating health issues, successfully..
No one has been left out..
Natureopathy has no apologies for having led the way-
They are on the same team-
Guiding us, with research and proof, of what works and what harms..

Amen, amen, and AMEN!!! I use a grounding sheet for sleeping and a grounding mat under my feet when I sit at my desk. When I first started using them almost a year ago, I was blown away at how much better I felt when I woke up in the morning. Then after a while, with no change in diet (I've been on the keto diet for many, many years... even before it became popular) I began to notice how refreshed I felt all the time, whereas before I had been "normal" but not truly alive and blasted and ready to go all the time. So yes... grounding does wonders for the body. And it gives better results in meditation for all of you who like to meditate. I once went to a RUclips channel that had binaural beat videos, selected one that was appropriate for my purpose and WOW! I was sitting with my feet on my grounding mat and listening to the audio. After only a few minutes I could not believe what happened. It felt as though I was levitating in my mind and releasing all tensions, etc. What an experience! And I'm not even a meditation freak!

These grains are so rich in fibre, essential acids and a complete package of everything that our bodies need and of course are gluten free. There is a huge movement led by food and nutrition scientist Dr. Khadar Vali to go back to these ancient forgotten grains that are ideal food for human physiology, ambali (fermented porridge) made from these foods is curing all modern lifestyle diseases and restoring health and vitality.
