Thank you Dr. Lori!
It blows me away she makes these videos and shares, not only, the value of antiques but is providing free educational history as well.
You can tell she loves what she does.
Dr Lori, something that goes unnoticed is that you listen to your fans about how you could improve your videos. You truly care about your audience and extending your knowledge. You freakin rock!!:)
Clear, concise, focused and informative. Thank you Dr. Lori.
I just received my first Good Will mystery blue box and I got my loupe delivered yesterday, I don't think I have anything of real value but did get some nice looking pieces, too new at this to know for sure.. I need to get the gem tester but that will take some time.. thank you Dr. Lori, I am learning so much from watching.
This was absolutely awesome Dr. Lori! So much information and thank you for showing us the marks!
Just perfect.
Blessings
You are so helpful!!! Thank you for sharing your years of experience ❤
Loving this, anticipating part two! Thank you, Dr. Lori, loving your new look, btw...
I bought two $45 bags at a thrift store -- most is unmarked, a lot of junk pieces, but some peices are quite hefty. I appreciate this education as there is a local place that has a TON of costume jewelery --will take hours with my loupe to examine.
😮
Love this format, so much easier to follow. Thank you for the concise and straightforward information.

Search my channel. I have many other videos on costume jewelry.

Love you and your beautiful inside out.
Take care love an hope to see you soon at one of your events love love love Lori
Thank you
Florenza is my favorite 😍
Me tooo
I'm learning 🙏🏽
Awesome video Dr. Lori!! I absolutely love costume jewelry!! I have most of the ones you mentioned but Schreiner has really gotten up there in price!! I thought Mariam Haskell (which is one of my favorites) was high!! Has Schreiner always been very high priced??!? I always go and buy a few pieces if you mention a certain designer, because it seems as soon as you say something about one of them, they seem to skyrocket!! Lol… please mention Lisner!! I have a lot of lisner sets!! I also love Vendome! Their pieces I feel are right up there with some of the best in my opinion, as far as quality?!?! But I’m not an expert!! Can you please explain to us why some of these pieces glow when you put a black light on them? It seems people are doing that now to show off their pieces and that they are older. Can you please explain why or what is in them that makes them glow?? Thank you so much for all you do!! I appreciate all you do for all of us!! I’m learning so much and most of all, not to sell my costume jewelry too cheap!! Thank you very much!! I just love you!! 💕💕💕💕
Good questions to ask during my next Ask Dr. Lori LIVE video so I can answer in detail and teach everyone watching. This was only Part 1. More to come!
@@DrLoriV thank you!! I’ll do that Dr Lori !! Thank you for being you!! 💕💕
Dr.Lori so good to watch you again! Thanks for this video! I have tomorrow off and will be treasure hunting!
I worked at Kohls every Saturday for over 15 years. I bought almost every holiday pin we sold. Many were Eisenberg but also Napier and Trifari and others. I’ve just sold my tiny condo and moving into a 3 bedroom senior apt. I would like to display my pins in some kind of shadow box. I’m sure I have over 100. Do you have any suggestions? Love your informative videos.
Good question to ask during my next Ask Dr. Lori LIVE video so I can answer in detail and teach everyone watching.

In 1948 my dad gave my mom a choker necklace and bracelet. Both pieces have a pattern. Both pieces have iridescence faux diamonds. The pieces are set in silver-tone metal.
There is No Mark. The silver-tone metal is in perfect condition. No pitting or copper look. The two pieces are made well. I have both pieces. A few stones have fallen out. I have the stones. The stones are bright. It is costume jewelry. Most likely bought in Maine. The two pieces mean a lot to me. Is there any way I can find any information about this set ?
