Correction to the figures for Ford's 6.7L High Output V8: The text on the screen incorrectly states 1,000 lb-ft of torque, but the correct number is 1,200 lb-ft. Apologies, and thank you to those that pointed out the mistake!
I agree! This guy just lost the all credibility
To be fair, the mistake was in the text on screen, not in his review-so that's on me, not Clifford!
@cargurus is having a non car guy reading a prompt a smart move?? Not really.
@@cargurusBS.
Lol why compete a 2019 ram and a ford 2023 come on man you suck sir
They really need to stop putting non-Truck guys on these type of reviews smh
Right
Ye you can tell he reading script by script
Foreal
You can get the Tremor in the F250 so there is an off road version in the F250
You're correct -- I forgot this important trim.
@@northrollingacres I thought I was but don't want to take credit for pointing it out because I don't want to seem like a know it all because I don't know it all
You can get the ford f250 and f350 tremor .
Which one is going to last longer? That’s all I care about
Former ram salesmen here. You picked the Ram trim with the worst towing specs of all the Ram trims
Wow an actual ram salesman who actually knows about the vehicle
But ford is the only truck to consider on all trims and why it’s the number 1 sold
@@dnice362 Ironically enough, I left Ram to sell Fords. 😂 I still had to point that out though. Ford trucks are better at doing truck things, and Ram has been selling the same exact truck for the past 4 years whilst continuously raising the msrp for no reason. New trucks at that dealership hardly ever left the lot meanwhile our used car sales were 5 times greater than new. Our used inventory was low too. Absolute trainwreck of a truck manufacterer
@@masterdingus7074 lol good choice
You haven't seen the Power Wagon payload and towing specs have you?
This is the first time this guy has ever seen a truck and read nothing about them???
Why no mention of the ram exhaust brake. The best of the 3 manufacturers!
…..because this clown wouldn’t know an exhaust brake from a lunch brake if his life depended on it.
Ok you have the best stopping power. That's all you stalantis built trucks have. Wait you do have the Cummins, oh right ram doesn't build it.....
Those super duty trucks difficult to park in regular places. 😂
And the ram is better!!!?😮
Great content
How come he doesn’t know about the tremor, it wasn’t even mentioned
How can you be so wrong the HO power-stroke has 1,200 pound of torque and there is a Tremor on the f-250 and even on the F-350
Thank you for pointing out the mistake, you're totally right, the number is 1,200 and we've added an on-screen correction!
Excuse me but Ford does offer that 250 in a Tremor trim witch is an off road trim
250 and 350...
You did not hear about Tremor?…
I appreciate this guy's comments, calling out what does NOT work. Most other reviewers seems to sugar-coat all the shortcomings.
Please get informed before telling people the wrong facts, or your misinformed opinion.
The last 2 Fords I had were fast but gutless wonders towing, in the shop constantly cp4/injector issues, and just crap quality. After I used my brothers Ram to tow a heavy trailer I sold my Ford a week later for a new Ram 6.7L. 100k+ with zero issues, tows so much more flawless than the Ford and NO CP4 bs.
I really wish carmakers would quit calling 3/4 tons "heavy duty". Heavy duty trucks are class 8 trucks, like semi-trailers. If medium duty Fords are F-650 and 750, how is an F-250 heavy duty? lol
Appreciate the review, but you're comparing very different trucks. Off road designed gas truck vs luxury diesel
You bring it up multiple times. A better comparison would have have been the Laramie . Good review of each just not good to compare the models. Thx learned some things
Actually the real comparison would have been the Ram 2500 Long Horn.
More truck, less hair. The juxtaposition was noticed!
WOW... I guess my F-250 TREMOR doesn't exist..
They make a f250 tremor
My F-250 Tremor is quite a bit bigger than my Ram 2500, even though I have 33" tires on the Ram.
Why do they never compare identical trucks of the same trim? It’s like here’s a top of the line plush truck with massage seats, and here’s an off road model truck, let’s compare them and point out all the differences
We would love to have the selection to pick exact trims so they can be 100% apples to apples comparisons, but that's just not how it works. Automakers supply press fleets with the trims and options they they feel best present their vehicle, and we do our best to make comparisons as similar as possible. Clearly, a purely equal comparison is rare, so we do our best to point out the differences between apples and oranges as objectively as possible, so that our comparisons can be fairly subjective.
Thank you for watching and for asking the question!
This guy didn't do his research.
F250 absolutely has a Tremor package.
Also has 1200 ft lbs of torque
King Ranch package is not the most comfortable.
The Ford has 1200 lbs of torque, not 1000. Many other errors in this video. You really need to do more research before publishing.
Thank you for pointing out the mistake, you're right, the number should be 1,200 and we've added an on-screen correction!
Ram is a REAL man’s truck
I love my 23 f250 tremor 😊
We LOVE the Brown interior of the Ford.
Since 1990 Gloomy Grey, Charcoal Grey and Boring Black interior colors have been shoved down everyone’s throats for 34 years.
People are getting sick and tired of those Depressing colors.
I like being different and having classy colors.
You are giving out false information.
He doesn’t know what he’s talking about. The Tremor IS available on the F250!!!
Ram 2500 🤠
Love this review
I’ve owned all 3 of the Domestic pickups.
Dodge (Ram) was the WORST of them. Chevys were just so so and according to Consumer Reports, Edmonds and IC Cars say that Avoid the Chevy / GMC 1/2 ton pickups at All costs right now.
I’ve Always had better luck and more trouble free miles from my Ford F150, F250 & F350.
I haven’t bought a full size pickup since the mid 90s.
I always ordered the F150s with the 4.9L in-line 6cyl, for better low end torque.
An In-line 6cyl has 40% Less moving parts than a V6 and an In-line will always last longer.
I put almost 700K miles on my 96 F150 4X4.
My 82 F150 4WD with the 4.9L and a 3spd automatic transmission, 2 barrel carb got 19-21mpg on the highway with the cruise set on 75mph. The 82 had minimal smog crap on it.
My 96 F150 4WD had the same 4.9L with a 4spd automatic transmission and multi port fuel injection, yet it only got 16-18mpg, but it had all of the smog crap on it.
So yeah, not pollution was being released into the atmosphere, but it got less fuel economy, so I had to use more fuel.
🖕🏽the smog crap and 🖕🏽the Tree Huggers !
Hard to beat that King Ranch package
Ford and not even a thought
They need to stop putting non truck guys doing these videos.
All wheel steering hell no
