This is a VK4.5 out of the Nissan Fuga 450GT/Infiniti M45 in U.S. and infiniti Q45. It is twin turbo using the turbo out of the Nissan VQ30DET and also using the pistons of the Nissan VQ30DET since they are forged with forged rods. So essentially the whole engine is a franken-Nissan. It produces 721HP.
I saw another video of Smokey measuring up the engine fitted in a Nissan Cima. As far as I'm aware it was a Cima that donated the engine he used in the Skyline.

To my knowledge its not a G35, its a V35. It was released in Japan as the Skyline and he made it essentially as a fuck you to the GTR R35
