I just googled her and apparently she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and got help after the show Aneska graduated last year (2021) and no longer has issues with voices

I was exactly like her until I was 12. For all the people who think she’s just psychotic and she’s faking guilt and all that, she isn’t. Whenever I had those outbursts I would feel terrible because it’s like my limbs weren’t mine when I was in that state. If you wanna know what it felt like or what the voices were like, imagine your brain using your knowledge against you.

When a momma bird leaves or “kills” her babies it’s normally through starvation and dehydration (since she just leaves them) so she technically put them out before they could die those horrible deaths. Though she squeezed them to death so I think she could have done it a better way.
